This remodeled three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome accommodates up to six guests within Kuilima East Estates at Turtle Bay on O‘ahu’s North Shore. The two-level residence overlooks the golf course and combines a bright coastal interior with private bedroom suites and access to community recreation amenities.

The open living and dining area features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and sliding doors opening toward the grassy outdoor area and golf course surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances supports meals at home, while high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and dedicated workspace areas add convenience for longer stays.

Each of the three bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and television. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, desk, dresser, and sliding door to the front garden area. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a California king bed and garden outlook. The loft bedroom has a king bed that can be configured as two XL twin beds with at least 48 hours’ advance notice and includes a workspace overlooking the living area and golf course.

Guests have access to two shared swimming pools, a community BBQ area, and tennis and pickleball courts within Kuilima East Estates. Beach towels, chairs, a wagon, cooler, pickleball paddles, and additional beach items are provided. Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay amenities are not included, although select spa, fitness, and pool access may be booked separately for a fee.

The Turtle Bay setting places guests close to North Shore beaches, nature trails, golf, horseback riding, snorkeling, surfing, and kayaking. Nearby dining includes options at Turtle Bay as well as Kahuku food trucks, while Kawela Bay, Sunset Beach, Waimea Valley, and Hale‘iwa offer additional ways to explore O‘ahu’s North Shore.
