This six-bedroom, five-full-and-one-half-bath coastal estate accommodates up to 14 guests in Rosemary Beach. Spanning approximately 5,800 square feet across the main residence and separate carriage house, the property sits south of 30A with Gulf views and direct access from the private courtyard to Rosemary Beach’s Beach Access A boardwalk.

The three-level main house is designed around bright, open gathering spaces and coastal views. The top floor brings together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen beneath sweeping Gulf views, with an expansive wraparound balcony extending the space outdoors. An elevator serves all three levels, while additional sitting areas, Smart TVs, laundry facilities, and air conditioning provide added comfort throughout the home.

The main house includes three king bedrooms and a bunk room with two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunks. The separate carriage house adds a king bedroom and a loft sleeping area with a queen bed, along with its own full kitchen, living area, private bathroom, laundry, and Gulf-view balcony. A small twin mattress nook in the carriage house serves as a children's reading nook rather than a separate bedroom or designated sleeping space. The separate layout provides additional privacy for extended families and groups traveling together.

The private courtyard centers around a resort-style swimming pool and spa with outdoor dining for 14, a grilling station, fireplace, and direct access to the beach boardwalk. Pool heating is available for an additional $40 per day from October 1 through May 1. Multiple balconies provide additional outdoor living space with Gulf, pool, and neighborhood views.

Rosemary Beach's private beach access and community pools complement the home's coastal setting, while the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and Racquet Club, featuring eight lighted clay courts, are open to the public for an additional fee. Seven adult beach bikes make it easy to explore the community, with Rosemary Beach restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking or biking distance.
