This three-bedroom, three-bath beach house accommodates up to five guests directly opposite Onetangi Beach on Waiheke Island. Set behind distinctive mud-brick walls for privacy, the home opens toward uninterrupted sea views and places guests within easy reach of the beach, dining, and island experiences.

Warm, characterful interiors feature original Waiheke artwork and generous living spaces designed to connect with the coastal setting. Electric shutters open the home toward the water, while the full kitchen with gas stove flows into a spacious indoor-outdoor dining and entertaining area.

The upstairs primary bedroom includes a queen bed, private bathroom, ocean views, and a window seat overlooking Onetangi Beach. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed that can be configured as two singles and includes its own bathroom. The library and TV room provides the third sleeping space with a sofa bed.
