Santa Fe was better than expected!

Our stay in this cottage was perfect in so many ways: walking and short drives to everything we wanted to experience be it museums, galleries and restaurants. The owners Claudio and Rosemary were helpful and always in contact as needed. The air conditioning worked, the patio was restful and the 2 bathrooms made for an stress-free time. The large closet/storage/dressing room was easy to use and the kitchen arrangement was very functional. We loved the renovations and decor. We would stay again!”

Perfect location

This home is charming, and the location is perfect for enjoying all that Santa Fe has to offer. Walking distance to the Plaza and Canyon Rd. The bed is quite soft (pillow top) which some folks may love but isn't our cup of tea; the bed is also quite tall, and we are short, so that was a bit awkward. Hosts were lovely, left very clear instructions and shared suggestions for shopping and restaurants. All in all, a very nice stay. ”

Wonderful Casita

We loved the charming casita in Santa Fe. The casita was everything we hoped for, comfortable, private, and convenient. It was well appointed and delightful to stay in. We enjoyed the courtyards and the fountains. We walked to Canyon Road for the monthly CR walk. Museum Hill was easy to get to. The plaza was just down the road. We are looking forward to staying there again.”

Great Trip

We had a wonderful trip to Santa Fe and the accommodations were top notch ! Great host , great home , great location and so comfortable you couldn’t ask for more. Claudio and Rosemary made a wonderful welcome book that explained how to work everything the home and many ideas to live like a local in Santa Fe ! This was our second trip to Santa Fe , the first we stayed in a very nice hotel and I must say this trip staying in Thirdhome was so much more enjoyable ! What a town!

We highly recommend a visit to Santa Fe. The architect owners of this home have designed and built a real gem. It is perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 young children. The location is incredible. The historic downtown is a short 5 block walk away. "Gallery row" is even closer. Best of all, Claudio and Rosemary have written a terrific guidebook of the best things to see and do. Their recommendations were right on! We will certainly consider a return trip! Historic Home

We spent a great deal of time in Claudio and Rosemary's wonderful home in the Historic section of Santa Fe. The home is completely charming and outfitted with every imaginable amenity. We were walking distance to many of the wonderful museums and restaurants. We spent a great deal of time going to the Chamber Music festival and were also there for the annual Spanish Market. The bi-weekly farmer's market was also wonderful and we loved Museum Hill. The very best thing,though, was the graciousness and hospitality of the owners. Thank you again, Claudio and Rosemary. Wonderful!!

We had a fabulous time at this lovely home in Santa Fe, just a quick walk off Canyon Rd with all the upscale art galleries and restaurants. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The town of Santa Fe did not disappoint with much to do and see. Being southerners, we were impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was around town. We enjoyed our communications with the owner, Claudio, very much. Not only was he helpful, providing many suggestions for eating out, but we feel we have a new friend in NM. I highly recommend a stay here!!”
