Sagaponack - Hamptons
Sagaponack - Hamptons
This elegant 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4,500 sq. ft. home sits on a property of 2 full acres in one of the most desirable areas of Sagaponack, in itself one of the most desirable locations in the Hamptons. The property is centrally located between Southampton and East Hampton, the two axes of major interest. Sagaponack is a small and charming hamlet with its own beaches, vineyards and farm fields. It also has a post office and a general store, but not much more. Yet, it is the number two zip code (11962) in the country in terms of residential property values and home to those who can afford to live anywhere they want. Come find out why!
Inside is a formal living room area, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room that seats four. Outside on the back patio there is also a larger seating area for outdoor dining.
The property features a Har-Tru tennis court and a heated pool. The main house features antique pine floors, wood beams, and antique furniture. There is also a garage apartment with its own king bed, bathroom, and a separate pool house. You will also enjoy the beautiful outside grounds of the house, which are lush and manicured.
The Hamptons (Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton) are world renowned as a summer destination, but there is increasingly a lively scene all year round. The months of April and September/October are also wonderful with warm weather but fewer crowds. There is an abundance of natural beauty, and the white sand beaches are regularly cited as being among the best in the country.

This was our first trip to The Hamptons. We traveled over the Christmas holiday which was a quiet time there. Our host was very kind and welcoming. The house is beautiful and I’m sure in nice weather the tennis court in the back yard would be a lot of fun. We would enjoy returning to the area in the summer to enjoy the beaches and hiking in the area. Thank you for welcoming us!”
