Gorgeous Property & Fantastic Location

We loved being right on the beach and short walking distance to the town square with food, entertainment and more. Plus you’re only a 10 minute drive into New Hampshire for groceries and liquor stores with better pricing and so much magnificent Mew England history and scenery in every direction. The home is bright and spacious, beautifully designed and constructed as well. The owner’s suggestions were fantastic and we took full advantage of his restaurant choices and local tips to make the area very enjoyable. We did have some major difficulties during our 2-week stay though, as a massive construction expansion project was underway that we weren’t informed of. Sadly we had a nor’easter blow through and encountered substantial leaks. These were not the owners’ fault and were directly related to issues associated with the construction, but it created some significant issues as ceilings began leaking onto beds and swelling doors became unusable from major water infiltration. I can’t imagine these occurring again, once construction is complete, but for our two week stay it was quite disruptive. Also, the property manager, while sweet, was constantly milling around the property or making a lot of noise upstairs so we never felt like we had the privacy we would normally expect with such a luxury property and location. ”

Beautiful oceanfront home

Great spot on the beach in a beautiful home. My wife and I thought the home was perfect. Enjoyed our stay while getting to visit lots of small coastal towns. We found tons of good restaurants in the next town over called Newbury Port. Owner was super helpful and easy to access”

Perfect beach escape

The location and views from the property are unbeatable. The condo is feet from the ocean and a five minute walk into small boardwalk area with great ice cream and amusements. We had the perfect week - the host is great, check-in was seamless, and the place was spotless. The kitchen and grill were terrific - we made a couple outstanding dinners with local scallops. Definitely check-out the Yankee Fisherman's coop just a few minutes down the road in New Hampshire. Salisbury is a great hub to explore the north shore, NH, southern Maine. We would definitely stay here again.”
