July 2025Once upon a time... in the Chateau St.Philippe
This is one of the reasons why it was worth it to join ThirdHome: it was the perfect backdrop for our annual summer extended family reunion in a magic place that has almost 1,000 years of history. While it was built in the 11th Century, each room blended historic charm with confort. The owners did a great job of restoration while respecting the original layout and preserving its majestic presence. The spacious living areas were perfect for our large family to gather, whether for lively dinners in the grand dining room or cozy evenings at the home theater or fun family time at the game room with karaoke, board games and even a pool table... The grounds of the Chateau are nothing short of spectacular. We spent our days exploring the nearby charming villages in the Savoie, in the French Alps, and cooling off in the heated pool in the evenings. What truly set Chateau St.Philippe apart was the impeccable hospitality and attention to detail from the staff, specially Remi, incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. Chateau St. Philippe is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience that brings people together and creates lasting memories. We left with our hearts full and a unanimous desire to return. Thank you for an unforgettable summer holiday!”

August 2024Amazing Chateau
The pictures do not even do justice to this magnificent property. The interior is stunning and still practical. Remi the property manager is fantastic. The location is close to multiple towns in the Savoie region. We were able to drive to Annency, Chambery, Chamonix and Geneva. Took a train into Paris. Overall amazing family vacation and hope to return again.”
