Clontarf Beach is famed for being very family friendly due to it's calm waters. There are also plenty of bbqs and a playground to boot.

This well laid-out self-contained apartment has a beautifully designed double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge outside balcony. There is also wifi and free-to-air TV channels available.

It has its own private access (65 steps) and with the beach, quite literally on your doorstep, and the shops, cafes and restaurants of the Spit and Manly close by, you can't fail to have an unforgettable stay.

  • Sydney - you will have driven through it to get to Clontarf, but a great way to get into the city to explore is to take the ferrt from Manly that goes right past The Opera house and into the CBD.
  • Try and catch a performance at the Opera House if you can
  • Manly is just a 10 minute drive away and it is awash with shops, cafes and excellent restaurants.

Fantastic location, views and amenities

Beautiful week away

Thank you, Carolyn and Nick, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Clontarf is a gorgeous spot, and the apartment is perfectly located on the water's edge very close to a waterfront cafe, playground and restaurant. It is a short drive from Manly and Mossman. We were delighted to find that we were located directly on the Manly to Spit walk- a must-do when visiting Sydney. We had never stayed on the north shore of Sydney and we found that we loved it. It was a quick and easy ferry ride to Sydney CBD but it was also a great opportunity to explore gems like Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Palm Beach and the Hawkesbury River which are located north of Sydney. The apartment was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and Carolyn and Nick were extremely hospitable. We would highly recommend this stay.”

Beautiful stay!

Our hosts were amazing and so helpful ! The apartment is really comfortable and beautifully appointed with everything you would need. Its a great place to come back to from Manly or Sydney wharf etc and the hike around to Manly around the headline is a must ! Thanks again for a great stay we will be back !!!”
