My family and I loved our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen, this was our second visit, and it once again met everything you expect from the Ritz-Carlton brand. We traveled with family and grandparents, and the residence was exceptionally comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy for everyone to relax and feel at home. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff. Every interaction was genuine, kind, and highly professional. This was always my dream to go to Aspen. It was off season for skiing but that was fine. We hiked and visited various local attractions. The Ritz had nightly wine or Bourbon tastings from Woody Creek. The 2 bedroom was so large, we were 2 couples. The staff were amazing!”

Very Nice Well Appointed Villa

We enjoyed our 2BR Villa overlooking the slopes and it was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The concierge and bell staff were outstanding. Many amenities at the resort were closed (restaurant, pool, hot tub, spa) which we were notified us prior to check-in, but not at the time of booking. Since it was only 3 keys for off season, it was still well worth it and we had a great time ! First class property and Aspen was beautiful. ”

This property was awesome! The 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was beautiful, clean and fully equipped properly. Daily cleaning and turn down service was provided. Beautiful views of Aspen from our balcony and while walking grounds. The dining on property was first class, staff was very professional and personable. Bellman staff for 24/7 assistance. They provided a shuttle to and from downtown Aspen every 30 minutes from 8am-10pm. We also loved spending time at the heated pool area. Our concierge -Carli contacted me before our visit. She provided local sightseeing and event information. After reviewing her suggestions Carli set up a daily itinerary that was exactly what we wanted-it was perfect! She made us dinner reservations and was available for any additional assistance. She even gave us a sweet parting gift. The Ritz - Carlton had special daily events on property-Guest Artist, Wine tastings and my favorite the 5:45-6:00 Manhattan Cocktails in the lobby. The Ritz - Carlton Aspen is in our top 3 vacations! Top Notch

There’s a reason the Ritz has a recognizable brand and is known world wide. Our stay was 5 stars all around. The condo was large and spacious, the staff always attentive and any amenity a guest would need was offered. We biked, e-bikes to Maroon Bells, to town, went horseback riding , visited Ashcroft ghost town and enjoyed the great restaurants in town and the one on property. There is a complimentary shuttle to town for guests. Thank you to the helpful owner and for offering this wonderful week. ”

Only disappointment was this particular unit 8404 is in a weird part of the building with very limited light, no outdoor space, very dark. Didn’t matter we were only there for six days. We had a lot to do. We had a great time.”

Ski vacation perfection

This was our 4th trip to the Ritz Aspen, and it is always delightful. We are made to feel welcome and appreciated. And even though we were there after Aspen Highlands had closed for the season (we skied closing day), the connections to AJAX and Snowmass were easy. The mountains were uncrowded and the sun shining. We enjoyed meeting Ritz members at the various cocktails and events. For the first time, we stayed at the White River Lodge building. I always th ought Elkhorn was the better building but now that I’ve experienced White River Lodge, I can attest that both are excellent. We enjoy exploring new ski resorts and go in multiple trips per year, but our annual trip to the Ritz has become a family highlight and we are grateful for the opportunity. ”

We had a typically great time at the Ritz Aspen Highlands. Wonderful place in June especially for my birthday. It's interesting that so many people say June is their favorite time in Aspen (much less the Ritz Highland) ... probably because of fewer people. We always love the place and the people and keep going back. I would say housekeeping, as precious and wonderful as they all are, were a little bit inconsistent. Sometimes we'd get three wash cloths, sometimes 2 and one time none. Same with face towels. Not a deal killer, to be sure, but this is THE RITZ, if you know what I mean. A great spring trip in Aspen

We loved our stay in Aspen. The staff was super attentive to our every need. We enjoyed the shuttle to Snowmass on the days we chose to go there. And skiing Highlands was so convenient. The pool was heated warm enough that it was a pleasure to swim even when the air was cold. Our condo was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We hope to have the chance to return. ”

Awesome Ski Vacation

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful time here. It may be hard to ski / snowboard any other way after this vacation. Both the accommodations and the staff were awesome! We enjoyed the pool and spa daily after hitting the slopes. Highlands is a beautiful mountain and so convenient right outside the Ritz. However, it was a bit challenging for some of us so we often took the 10 minute shuttle to Buttermilk which was a good match for my skill level. Thank you so much to the owner who shared their time here with us! It was much appreciated :) ”

We would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands for anyone looking to be pampered and well taken care of during your holiday! We were very impressed with William, the concierge who greeted us after a long day of being stuck in traffic with a warm welcome and super helpful bellhop to get everything and us settled in our room quite quickly! We were very pampered throughout the week from the wonderful housekeeping staff, Johnny the Bellman/Valet who was AWESOME all week! William made a great impression with the type of service you offer at the White River Lodge, he scheduled a golf outing for my husband and friend that proved to be a super fun course, he got the firepit going for us one evening and then surprised us with Smores! We had a great time! We were looking to R&R and that we did!! Thank you again for all the special treatment, we look forward to our next visit! The Games crew!”

Great stay in Aspen

Our first visit to Aspen was at the Ritz, which was a great location for us. Our unit was spacious, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. The complimentary shuttle to town is convenient and there is a path nearby for the times we decided to walk or bike in. The pool and hot tub were great, although sometimes it was hard to find a spot as people go early and put a few belongings down. We got an early start and drove to the Maroon Bells while the road was open (the buses depart from this location) and loved visiting such a beautiful place. We also were able to hike and fish nearby. All of the Ritz staff we had contact with were so helpful and kind. We would love to visit here again.”

Crítica de Aspen

O Ritz de Aspen não era tão luxuoso nem tão bem equipado quanto os de Vail e Beaver Creek. O concierge que nos atendeu não era tão profissional: não sabia como chegar aos lugares e não dava o acompanhamento adequado. A sauna a vapor e o único chuveiro do spa ficaram quebrados por dois dias e, embora o gerente tenha se desculpado bastante e me oferecido pequenos presentes, é incomum ver uma propriedade do Ritz nessa situação. Também tiveram dois objetos que desapareceram do meu quarto, e ainda estou enfrentando dificuldades com o seguro. As montanhas de Aspen Highlands são de uma beleza incomparável. A equipe do serviço de manobrista de esqui e da locadora de equipamentos foi imbatível. E as atividades da tarde no saguão das residências foram bem agradáveis: música, degustações e brindes de sais de banho.

Desde antes mesmo de partirmos para o Colorado, o serviço de concierge do Ritz foi magnífico e continuou assim durante toda a estadia. É de se esperar a mais alta qualidade no Ritz em termos de instalações, localização e comodidades (tudo ótimo, aliás!), mas é o serviço “CAN DO” que causa um impacto realmente grande! Entendo perfeitamente por que muitos optam exclusivamente pelo Ritz Carlton... Faz todo o sentido!!! Para dar uma ideia, eu estava fazendo reservas para o jantar direto da piscina... Além disso, você está terminando de preparar o jantar no apartamento e, de repente, algumas senhoras aparecem para lavar a louça! É incrível... Enfim. Beleza natural

Reservei esta propriedade para uma viagem curta a fim de comemorar o 60º aniversário do meu marido e jogar golfe no outono. Convidamos outro casal para se juntar a nós. Todos nós voamos para Denver e dirigimos por 4 horas até Aspen. Uma longa viagem, mas linda no outono. Pegamos a estrada Independence Pass para chegar a Aspen e foi deslumbrante. Tinha nevado um pouco antes de chegarmos, mas tivemos 4 dias (só podíamos ficar esse tempo) de tempo lindo e ensolarado. Chegamos ao Ritz e fomos recebidos pelo Steve, que nos conduziu ao nosso quarto. Ele levou a bagagem para cima e cuidou do nosso carro. Muito prestativo. Na manhã seguinte, ligamos para pegar nosso carro e Steve o havia lavado (era um carro alugado); ao colocarmos nossos tacos de golfe de volta no carro, um conjunto ficou para trás. Partimos para o campo e não percebemos. Steve percebeu e nos seguiu até o campo com o quarto conjunto de tacos. Ele então nos deixou um pequeno presente no quarto para se desculpar pelo erro e desejou um feliz aniversário ao meu marido. O Steve saiu de férias no dia seguinte, mas todos os outros com quem trabalhamos também foram fabulosos. Educados e prestativos. Eles têm um serviço de transporte de/para a cidade, o que facilita ir jantar sem se preocupar com estacionamento. Jogamos golfe no Snowmass e no Aspen Golf Club e fizemos uma caminhada no Maroon Bells. Não sei dizer quando foi a última vez que vi tanta beleza natural. A unidade estava perfeitamente organizada para dois casais, com suítes master em cada lado da sala de estar. Os restaurantes no complexo são ótimos – tacos deliciosos no almoço, lattes pela manhã e um jantar agradável no Willow Creek. Não tivemos tempo de usar a piscina, o spa ou a academia, mas tudo parecia lindo. Com certeza voltaríamos e daríamos 5 estrelas a esta propriedade. JoAnn Nally”

Acabo de voltar de duas semanas fantásticas em Aspen, no The Ritz Carlton Destination Club. Uma equipe fabulosa de concierge, manobristas e serviços de spa; instalações excelentes, incluindo spa, academia, piscina, banheira de hidromassagem, sala de jogos e lounge para hóspedes; acomodações extremamente confortáveis e ótimos serviços de limpeza: tudo isso contribuiu para umas férias fabulosas num resort maravilhoso!

Ótimo imóvel

A propriedade fica bem perto da Área de Lazer Maroon Bells, o que facilita o acesso à grande variedade de trilhas de caminhada do local. Eles fecham a estrada para Maroon Bells em certos horários de pico e permitem apenas o acesso de ônibus para a área. Se você quiser ir de carro, precisa acordar cedo ou ir depois das 17h. Com certeza voltarei à propriedade. Se você tiver a opção de uma unidade de 3 quartos, escolha-a, pois elas têm um deck. A unidade de 2 quartos não tinha.”

Férias de esqui no Ritz Carlton Destination Club Aspen

Essas férias foram de primeira classe, do início ao fim. Desde o contato inicial por e-mail antes da nossa estadia, perguntando se precisávamos de transporte do aeroporto, compras de mantimentos para encher a geladeira e reservas em restaurantes, até as boas-vindas que recebemos na chegada, fomos tratados extremamente bem. O apartamento de dois quartos é confortável, aconchegante e luxuoso, com serviço de limpeza duas vezes por dia. O acesso direto às pistas de esqui, com serviço de manobrista para equipamentos, tornou essas férias muito tranquilas. A academia, com jacuzzi e spa, e a equipe tão atenciosa são outro destaque maravilhoso. Adoraria voltar no ano que vem. Recomendo vivamente esta estadia.”

Que semana incrível em Aspen Highlands!

A estadia no The Ritz @ Aspen Highlands foi incrível! Ele fica a poucos minutos do centro da cidade, que era fácil de visitar de carro alugado, ônibus ou táxi gratuito até meia-noite. Se você tiver um carro alugado, as Maroon Bells ficam bem ali na estrada. Se chegar antes das 8h, você pode ir de carro próprio e fazer o que quiser. Ao chegar, você é recebido por vários funcionários antes mesmo de chegar ao elevador. Os quartos eram perfeitos, com banheiros enormes e um chuveiro ótimo. A piscina era muito relaxante a qualquer hora do dia. Chegue cedo e provavelmente ela será toda sua. A vila era conveniente para fazer compras e comer. Tudo foi ótimo, mas a equipe acolhedora foi a melhor parte!”

Umas ótimas férias de esqui

Adoramos o Ritz Club em Aspen. Como todos os Ritz Clubs, o local é lindo e a equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Nosso apartamento de dois quartos era aconchegante e acolhedor. Espaço de sobra para quatro pessoas. A localização com acesso direto às pistas de esqui em Aspen Highlands foi perfeita para nós, mas há ônibus que levam você até Snowmass e outras montanhas da região. Não há absolutamente nenhuma necessidade de carro. Com certeza vamos voltar.”

Lindo resort

Meus amigos e eu tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands na semana de 28 de março de 2015. A propriedade é linda e o serviço é 5 estrelas em todos os aspectos, como seria de se esperar do Ritz. Tivemos um tempo quente e ensolarado e ótimas condições para esquiar! Ficamos em um apartamento de dois quartos que estava lindamente decorado e tinha vista para a montanha de esqui. Fomos recebidos no aeroporto, assim que saímos do avião, por um funcionário do Ritz para ajudar com nossa bagagem e nos levar até o clube. Todos os funcionários estão mais do que dispostos a tornar sua estadia uma experiência maravilhosa. Comemos no restaurante do local, o Willow Creek, e visitávamos diariamente o Café Sienna para tomar café com leite pela manhã. Ambos tinham serviço e comida excelentes. A única coisa que lamento é não ter estocado mantimentos antes da nossa chegada, pois o restaurante fecha às segundas e terças-feiras. Depois que chegamos lá, não tivemos mais vontade de fazer compras no supermercado. Se você for esquiar em Aspen Highlands, não deixe de fazer uma reserva para o almoço às 14h com antecedência no Cloud 9. Eles têm um belo terraço para refeições, ótima música e champanhe à vontade! É uma experiência única. Foi uma ótima experiência e pretendo voltar em breve para aproveitar o verão em Aspen!”

Imagine ser proprietário de um clube que você adquiriu por uma semana através da 3rd Home e, em seguida, hospedar-se como hóspede nesse mesmo clube e passar pela pior experiência possível: desde o check-in até a partida bem mais cedo do que o previsto, minha estadia não teve a qualidade a que estou acostumado neste Ritz Carlton Club. Portanto, gostaria de acrescentar que me hospedo lá regularmente e costumo ter uma estadia agradável, mas esta semana de julho ficou abaixo da média em todos os aspectos. A qualidade do quarto foi a pior. Não havia ar-condicionado mesmo após três visitas do técnico. ”
