Top notch insanely beautiful stay!!

Probably the most exquisite and enjoyable stay we’ve ever had, using any platform honestly!! And we’re professional nomads. From the level of service to the beautiful grounds to of course the amazing food, we were absolutely thrilled! There is a somewhat “required” sales pitch that we didn’t quite know about, but we were actually very tempted. Completely worth it for the beautiful week that we had there!! We are looking forward to returning and hopefully the timing might be better to consider securing a membership! One of the MANY highlights was how pup friendly the place was, so we got to bring our best travel companion - our maltipoo Brooklyn who soaked up the trip as much as we did. By the end of the trip, the staff and other guests were all greeting him and calling him the Nobu dog. The hotel even arranged a groomer to come spiff him up on the property so he got his own spa day too!! 😍 Thank you SO much to the host and especially to the staff of Nobu Cabo for taking such amazing care of us. ❤️🙏 We will 💯 be returning!”

Our stay at Nobu was amazing! This property is an architectural gem with everything you need. I would go back again happily. My only reason for 4 stars is the location. It is a bit out there. ”

Residences at Nobu

The Residences at Nobu were well thought out in space for 2 bedroom 2 bath with laundry and extra 1/2 bath. Very minimalist as would fit a Japanese style establishment. Residences are away from pool and most restaurants but close to pickle ball courts Kitchen was sparse on cooking utensils and they only supplied 4 plates, silverware, etc. WONDERFUL housekeeping to come in everyday twice! The Nobu grounds were well cared for and minimalistic with a lot of style. Drinks at poolside were very expensive ($25-$30) and were weak on alcohol. Chairs were a premium around the pool The restaurants were all amazing with food taste and presentation Wine was too expensive We were on golf course view of 18th green. There were always mowers in the early morning. View did not have ocean view ”

Relaxing and luxurious

This two bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo is everything we wanted. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need including an incredible coffee maker. There’s a big balcony overlooking the golf course and you can glimpse a bit of the ocean. Most importantly, the service is impeccable. Stefano greeted us and checked us out without us even having to go to any type of check-in desk. I would highly recommend this property. ”

Fabulous property fabulous staff

The architecture and residences at this resort were spectacular. Our property and private pool were gorgeous and our butler was so kind. The property had beautiful design, built ins and we enjoyed our private pool a lot. Nobu also has wonderful food. The only note I have was that the second bedroom had no windows at all, which was a bit odd. And I miss ocean swimming when at some of these resorts due to currents in front of the hotel. ”

Amazing Property

Highly recommend the Nobu Resort in Cabo. Every detail is taken care of. The food is amazing. Every bite. The two bedroom is gorgeous. It was quite away from most of the amenities and has golf course direct views, but ocean view is you sit just right on the decks. We left the doors open all night and could hear the ocean waves. It’s a five star experience. ”

Nobu is ok

The 2 bedroom unit is well equipped could use more kitchen gear especially since the unit’s anppliances and outdoor kitchen are features. Diamante is very far from Cabo and San Jose so plan to eat in unless you like spending $600/day/pp for eating out at the same three restaurants or fighting traffic driving an hour each way to go to dinner. Golf at Grand Solmar is meh I’d suggest playing at Palmilla ”

Nobu Cabo

Hands down the BEST resort stay we have had as a family! Our college seniors and my husband and I enjoyed being pampered by the friendly staff at Nobu. The property and restaurants were ALL 5star!! The 2nd week in Dec was off season and I was not bothered by the lack of night life and enjoyed the light guest capacity. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. The Spa and sunset sailing were FABULOUS! We do not mind spending 5k on food drinks by pool and excursions over 7 days for 4 adults, so if you go all out count on that. The 2BR villa was luxurious cleaned every day w new sheets ahhh. We did order groceries for breakfast snacks and 2 dinners in. they lent us board games for evenings in when not relaxing to sports and movies. We only left the resort twice it is more of a stay on site due to the 30-40 min trip to town. ”

Nobu does it right!

Positives:Spacious rooms, assigned personal concierge , delicious food and a wonderful spa .The pools were lovely and a walkable beach. Negatives: isolated area, prepare to stay put or rent a car. Ubers can’t pick you up. Constant wind. Pickleball courts have a weird surface so balls skip quite a bit.”

Adventurous and elegant!

The Nobu Residences are really special, we had our own personal concierge who was terrific. The pools, beach, spa were all top notch. We had some issues with the room applicances, coffee machine, air conditioning, whcih never were resolved over the week. No fault of Nobu we had some challenging weather, two toreential downpour storms in a week, which caused some suboptimal conditions around the pool and restaraunts. ”

Service was impeccable!

Room was spacious with a lovely golf course view while the sunsets over the ocean in the distance. Quiet and peaceful, no loud DJ or noise in the residence area. The pools at this property were so relaxing. Lots of space and privacy- not once did it feel crowded! Staff is very attentive and genuinely try to add value to your stay. We were given great recommendations. Location worked for me since I had a car-just a 15 min drive to the Marina. Would highly recommend. ”

Great Time!

Overall an amazing experience. First time through Thirdhome and our 4th time at Nobu. A few issues worth to share: - private transportation communication - low water pressure (one day) - a/c patio door sensor turning a/c off - 30 mins delay happy anniversary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our guests wedding anniversary. This was communicated in timely manner - front desk supervisor Natalia poor customer service - amazing customer service by Nobu restaurant manager Eduardo. Great leadership as well - sound healing experience was great but the room they chose not so much. a/c noise and also there was a pool table near by I could hear people, etc. - great experience at the Spa - I'd suggest a covered area at the pickle ball court. No shade whatsoever. Also some sort of water service and towel at least. - coffee shop team very friendly - pools servers should check on you a bit more frequently, especially when family with a child - becasuse Nobu has its hotel membership (Prive), they try to sell their plan not only upon arrival/check in process, but also when you heading to one of their restaurants (reservation). We had an agent approaching to us saying she simply wanted to confirm our reservation and right after asked if we were member of Nobu Prive. And we still had again to share more details about reservation then with restaurant hostess All these will not stop us to going back. We really like the hotel rooms and its location. Thank you! ”

Nice, but high pressure sales pitch

This was our 2nd time at Nobu, and the property is very nice. We were a bit thrown when we checked in by a woman came to us during check in, implying she was with Third Home. It was a very high pressure sales pitch not affiliated with Third Home to come see the Nobu residences. We asked if we could just go to our room, but she insisted on asking us question after question about what we did for a living, details about other time shares/ vacation homes, etc.. Finally we said yes so we could go to our room . Beware- they kept contacting us to offer us a new and lower price for 8 weeks in the residences…. This was the last thing I expected with a Third Home exchange. ”

stunning and fantastic food

Had a wonderful stay at Nobu - it is a beautiful property and gave me the opportunity to go to Todos Santos which we loved. Food was fabulous and room was gorgeous. Didn't give 5 stars because showers didn't have pressure or hot water for two days but they gave me $100 for inconvenience.”

Nobu Residences was a special treat

What an amazing experience..... 10 stars at least.... the staff, accommodation and food was next level.... This was really a special stay in a top resort. Nothing was ever too much to ask from the staff.... in fact they acted even before you asked. Tiffany went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. The Nobu Residences was super spacious and comfortable with 5 star amenities. We had a super special time. Please visit Todos Santos and specifically the Green Room for lunch. We had a rental car to make our stay more flexible to act on the spur of the moment, but I think one can get along with public transport easily. Our 2 bedroomed unit had a big outside veranda with a double BBQ facility for at home cooking if you wanted to. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything..... crockery a bit low and needs to be upgraded. Wonderful bathrooms with separate automated toilets and great amenities.... Big screen TV's in each room and the lounge. Large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The staff cleans the property in a very discrete manner twice daily and replace the still water as a complimentary add on, We saw Whales in the distance and had our first Thanksgiving meal, which was excellent..... All in all a lovely stay. NS we did go to the promotional TH/Nobu marketing promotion..... and it makes 100 percent sense to buy into this concept if you stay in the US.... thank you for treating us to a few spoils because we attended the presentation....”

Beautiful First Class Property

This was our 51st thirdhome stay and probably the nicest of all. Service was fantastic with plenty of friendly staff everywhere, we never had to flag down a server to order another drink, they came to us first. The architecture is very relaxing with lots of nooks for privacy. Food was excellent. You can walk the beach but can’t swim in the ocean due to dangerous surf. The old complaint about this area is that it’s too remote and a pricey cab ride each way to town, however, we rented a car and parked it ourselves right near the room. We only went into town one day anyway. With Diamanté, the Hard Rock, and Nobu all up and running I think this area will soon be the place to stay in Cabo. The area is developing rapidly and there is construction everywhere but not within hearing distance. Our residence looked out on the Sands 18th hole with ocean view to the left. It was super windy a few days but the pools are well protected with glass walls about 8 feet high. We loved the heated Toto toilet that had motion sensors to open and included bidet with dryer. The Smeg kitchen appliances and outdoor grill had never been used. We cooked a few meals in and it served us well although we could have used a few more serving bowls and platters. I don’t think their clientele cook much. Our concierge David was always a text away and very responsive. There are two pickle courts but someone took one of the paddle sets and the other set had a broken paddle which they quickly repaired but we were unable to play for a couple days. We drove into town the one day to search for a pickle racquet to no avail. The resort ordered more paddles so that won’t be a problem in the future. The resort provided unlimited water bottles and they seemed to clean the room twice a day. I highly recommend this property and would love to return.”

Cabo

The 2 bedroom unit was beautiful and luxurious, facing the golf course with partial ocean view. Gym was very nice and spa was a great but everything was very expensive! Restaurants were outrageous so brace yourselves. Very remote location so car is necessary to drive to Cabo or San Jose 30 to 45 minutes one way. There is no option to mirror devices on their TVs and no news or sport channels on their cable so rather annoying. Not much to do at night. Beach is walkable but not swimmable. Did see some whales breaching in the morning. ”

Beautiful resort, great accomidations and space

Pros: - Well-designed appointed resort and rooms - 2 bedroom is very spacious. Well appointed, great BBQ and lanai. -Good service, but not amazing. Had better service at other Cabo resorts -Isolated and secure property. The food is very good, as expected, but very pricey, just as other resorts in Cabo. - Pools, gym, ground are great. Did not try out the spa. - I would definitely return to this resort Cons: -Timeshare sales pitch before we even got our keys to the room. This started our stay off wrong and pry would have given 4 stars but they didn't bother us much after I firmly told them I wasn't interested. Pry would have done the tour if didn't corner me before check-in and traveling all day. - Isolated, great for security, but farther from town. - Food is offensive expensive, this is not unique to Nobu so not a true negative on the hotel, Cabo is just $$$. ”

Nobu Residence was fabulous

This is our second time Nobu Cabo we stayed on the hotel side 3 years ago so I was so excited to see Thirdhome had 2bd/ listed and experience the residence side with our kids, the staff was wonderful, if we needed anything they were a text away, we did have our 6 year old twin which they enjoyed kids club and the activities such as crafts like piñata making, bracelets, etc While the kids were in kids club my husband and I worked out, read a book and got to enjoy the amenities, I give it a 4 because few of the restaurant options/amenities had changed which I missed from our first visit and was looking forward enjoy for example Nobu restaurant had a wonderful Happy Hour before dinner it great grab a drink and app before we picked up kids was no longer available , the adult pool also had a min requirement which was not an issue on our first visit unfortunately dropped off the kids to enjoy pool for 1 hour and was made aware of a drink/food min we only had 1 hour, I wish I would have know first day to plan better, Nobu still is very 5 star was very luxury the Room view was of hole 18 which was nice to see and a peekaboo view of the ocean we loved the space of the 2 bedroom and the amenities like a grill to grill steak and have breakfast in the room all the appliances were Smeg We loved the stay”
