Set within a family-owned 40-acre retreat of pine forest and a spring-fed lake, this two-bedroom, two-bath cottage offers a quiet lakeside setting in Cape May Court House. The home accommodates up to four guests and overlooks the water, with forest trails, a sandy guest beach and lake recreation available throughout the property.

Natural light fills the open living area through a wall of windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, comfortable living and dining areas, Roku TV with streaming and high-speed Wi-Fi. Two private decks extend the living space outdoors, including a spacious lower deck facing the lake.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Fresh bedding, towels and bath essentials are provided. An open-air outdoor shower and bathroom add another option after swimming or spending time on the lake.

Guests have access to the private spring-fed lake for swimming, along with kayaks and paddleboards. Bikes and helmets are also available for shared use, while hammocks, lakeside picnic areas and an outdoor firepit create additional places to enjoy the property. Complimentary seasonal beach passes are provided from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Cape May County Park & Zoo and the Museum of Cape May County are about five minutes away, while Seven Mile Island beaches are approximately ten minutes from the cottage. The Wetlands Institute, Wildwood Boardwalk, Cape May Winery and historic Cape May are also within about 20 minutes, making it easy to combine the quiet lake setting with beaches, wildlife, dining and coastal attractions.
