The waterfront setting includes a private pool, private dock and rooftop deck, with Caribbean views and convenient access to boating, snorkeling, diving and fishing around Ambergris Caye.

Three separate living areas and three kitchens give larger groups space to gather together or spread out across the villa. Indoor and outdoor dining areas provide several options for group meals, while multiple TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided throughout. Local support is available to assist with island transportation, golf carts, groceries, restaurant reservations, excursions, massages and private chef services.
