TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All rates are net and quoted in USD per person per night.
• Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges.
• Green Tax of USD 12 per person per day applies unless otherwise specified.
• Any future changes in government taxation will be applicable accordingly.
• Green Tax applies to adults, children, and infants alike.

Child Policy
• Children aged 2–11.99 years are charged at child rates.
• Infants aged 0–1.99 years stay free; however, Green Tax of USD 12 per night applies.
• Seaplane transfers are complimentary for infants provided no separate seat is occupied.

SEAPLANE TRANSFERS

Filitheyo and Medhufushi Island Resorts are located approximately 45 minutes by seaplane from Male International Airport, with transfers operated by Trans Maldivian Airways.

Please note:
• Seaplanes currently operate only between 06:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs.
• Guests arriving after 15:00 hrs may be required to overnight in Male or at the airport hotel.
• Luggage allowance is limited to 20kg per person.
• Excess baggage charges, if any, are payable directly to Trans Maldivian Airways at check-in.

COMPLIMENTARY GUEST SERVICES
The following services may be extended on a complimentary basis, subject to prior notification at the time of reservation:
• Honeymooners: Bottle of wine and cake upon arrival
• Birthday Celebrations: Birthday cake during the stay
• Wedding Anniversaries: Anniversary cake during the stay
To qualify for honeymoon benefits, certified documentation valid within 12 months of marriage must be shared at the time of reservation.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
All reservations and cancellations must be communicated via email to: kanchi@travediseworld.com
To ensure special offers or complimentary services are applied correctly, the same should be clearly mentioned on the reservation voucher/request.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR THE MEAL PLAN:
• All owners will receive a direct online payment link from the Maldives resorts for meal plan payments. Travedise will coordinate the process end-to-end.
• All confirmed reservations must be paid in full at least D-15 days prior to guest arrival.
• Payment references should clearly mention the applicable invoice numbers.
• If payment is not received before guest arrival, the resort reserves the right to refuse the reservation or charge the guest directly at the resort.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is received at least D-15 days prior to check-in, the full amount paid towards meal plans and transfers may either be refunded or adjusted against future bookings.

A credit note will be issued for all refund or adjustment amounts.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Late Check-In - Guests are requested to notify Travedise in advance in case of delayed arrivals. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reservation at the resort’s discretion.
2. Occupancy - Total occupancy, including children and infants, must not exceed the maximum occupancy mentioned in the booking confirmation.
3. Vacation Cancellations - Travedise WorldCo. must be informed immediately in case of any cancellation request. Applicable cancellation charges will apply as per the policy above.
