Recently remodeled, the residence combines mountain and valley views with convenient access to Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain and Historic Main Street.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area alongside a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and television. A separate family room provides additional gathering space, a dedicated work area and laundry facilities. Multiple televisions, a Bluetooth sound system and thoughtful storage for ski clothing and equipment add convenience throughout the home.

The four bedrooms include one king room, two queen rooms and a bunk room. The bunk room includes two full-size beds and two twin beds, one of which is a trundle. Additional sleeping space includes a floor mattress. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, providing added privacy for families and groups.
