The Salty Rose is a light-filled, four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house in the Oceana Marin community of Dillon Beach. Spanning approximately 2,800 square feet, the home accommodates up to twelve guests and captures sweeping Pacific Ocean views from the primary suites and main living spaces. The beach is a short walk from the home.

Fully remodeled in 2026, the home centers on a vaulted, skylit great room designed around the coastal outlook. A wood-burning stove anchors the living area, while the chef’s kitchen features a six-burner range, large island, new appliances and cabinetry. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining and living spaces for easy group gatherings.

Four bedrooms include two ocean-view primary suites, an additional king bedroom and a twin-XL-over-full bunk room. Both primary suites open to private balconies and include bathrooms with either a soaking or jetted tub. Additional sleeping options include a pull-out twin in the living room and two single fold-out twin mattresses for children, with total occupancy capped at twelve guests.

The living room opens to an uncovered ocean-view deck, while the two primary suites each offer their own balcony overlooking the coast. Dogs are welcome, and the driveway and garage provide parking for up to four vehicles. Keyless entry provides convenient access throughout the stay.

Dillon Beach offers a quieter stretch of Northern California coastline for beach walks, surfing and time by the water. The Dillon Beach General Store, Dillon Beach Resort and Lawson’s Landing are close by, while the Monastery Trailhead and Hog Island Oyster Co. provide additional options for hiking and local dining within a short drive.
