WHAT A GREAT SPOT

We just had a wonderful stay at Villa Calistoga. It is located right in the heart of Calistoga which is a wonderful wine country town famous for its mud baths. The town is very close and convenient to the house. it is also much smaller more quaint location than most of the other wine town. As for the house where do we start.....! Lovely grounds set in the middle of a vineyard Check! Large spacious house with additional dwellings so it can sleep at ton of People - 20 plus (we only had 5) Check Fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING needed Check! Outdoor cooking area by the pool, Bocce ball court, tennis and pickleball courts (used every day). outdoor covered and uncovered seating. Really everthing you need HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! you will NOT be disappointed !!”

Amazing week at Villa Calistoga

Six couples came together for an amazing week at Villa Calistoga. Three couples were currently THIRDHOME members and the other three couples are planning on joining THIRDHOME. The home is well located, about 3 minute drive to downtown Calistoga. Each day we have private wine tours set up and some of our favorites included Larkmead, Vineyardist, Cade and Lynmar. We tried the mud baths in Calistoga at Golden Haven and did a terrific breakfast outdoors at Sams Social Club at Indian Springs. The home has a gym, pool, tennis courts, volleyball and bocci ball. We had a private chef come in for three nights named Natasha Raymond which we recommend. Scott, the owner made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend. ”

Great Place for a Group

This is California wine country at it's finest. The home is very nice and accommodates large groups due to the various buildings on the property. Fun to be had in the game barn, volleyball court, bocce court and pool and spa, The views are great - you feel like you are miles away, yet great wine tasting and restaurants are just minutes away. ”

This Villa is fabulous. Powerfully built, ideally planned, comfortably furnished, thoughtfully decorated. The home rests on beautiful grounds in one of North America's loveliest valleys. Nothing is spared in the ultra clean kitchen; all appliances are first class, dishes and flatware are premier (and plenty of wine openers). On campus manager, Josh, is helpful and unobtrusive. Gaining access to incredable estates like Villa Calistoga is why we joined ThirdHome. Absolutely perfect. ”

Beautiful Napa

Villa Calistoga is a beautiful place and was the perfect home for me and my family to spend Christmas. The house is gorgeous, huge, child frendly, very well distributed and has some impressive views of wine country. It managed to accommodate comfortably my entire family, which includes my 4 children and their spouses, as well as 7 grandkids. Even though it was winter, and too cold to use the pool, the children always had stuff to do, playing in the backyard or indoors with the toys provided, jumping on the trampoline, making smores over the firepit, etc. The fully equipped kitchen provided the perfect place for me and my daughters to cook together with everything you could possibly need. A 5 minute car drive puts you on the Silverado Trail for wine tasting, or in the town of Calistoga with little shops, a well stocked supermarket and some excellent restaurants. Mr. Scott Matawa the Owner was a very friendly comprenhensible and attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend visiting Villa Calistoga, and hope I get a chance to stay there again sometime in the future. ”

Six couples made the trip from MN to stay at Villa Calistoga. We enjoyed the property so much that we hardly left. Dan was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. We used all of the amenities and had a private chef come in to cook a wonderful dinner. There was so much space that each couple had their private bedroom and bath. I would highly recommend this property!!!!”
