Rio Verde is a 2,800 square foot home offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is a beautiful custom territorial home on the White Wing golf course in the Rio Verde Country Club neighborhood. The area enjoys saguaro forest, beautiful open desert, and mountain views with a river that runs through the community with abundant wild life including wild horses that can often be seen near the river.

In the main living area, you’ll be greeted with expansive windows spanning from the floor to the ceiling, filling the room with natural lighting. Massive wood beams line the ceiling, giving an added natural touch. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal if you stay in for the night.

Enjoy the three spacious bedrooms, two with king sized beds and one with a queen bed. The master bath has a luxurious soaking tub and a double vanity, and the second bathroom has plenty of counter space and a tiled shower.

Social membership benefits are included with the reservation of this home. These amenities include the community center, pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts. There are multiple golf courses in the area, some of which are accessible for play by visitors including WeKoPa and Troon North. There are many organized activities and fitness classes available.

Golf, spas, and Major League Baseball spring training are just some of the things Scottsdale is best known for, but there’s much more to this lovely Arizona city. Rio Verde is an age restricted community and the guest party is limited to adults with at least one of the party being age 55+. Children over 6 are allowed if accompanied by their parents or grand parents. Children must be able to swim. The golf course on which the house sits is private and not accessible outside of membership. No events are allowed. Gatherings in excess of 10 people are not allowed. HOA rules will be provided.

Our stay in Rio Verde was nothing less than amazing. The house is well appointed, roomy, and well equipped. The location was great for golf and travelling to many of the historical and cultural sites in the area. The house is large and comfortable. Lots of outdoor seating space and a great view of the golf course and the mountains. The home owners sent us a thorough guide for the house, restaurants and things to see in the area. We had a couple of minor issues with the house that were quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this house for anyone who wants an amazing stay in a great setting. ”

We enjoyed our stay at RioVerde and our visit was enhanced by this wonderful home. The rooms were spacious and the outside patio area over looking the golf course was special.
