Beautiful, private and enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is clean, comfortable, quiet and maintained. The employees are fantastic and very helpful. Anytime we needed a cart, someone arrived quickly to transport us where we needed to go, although we did choose to walk most of the time, which was easy to get around. The outside grills and tables are kept clean and worked well. The other thing to note is when our closing bill arrived, there were 3 separate charges per day not on the listing. 2 are optional, which you only find out if you ask, and 1 is for state taxes. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

Very nice but missing a few things

The room was excellent and so was the resort. But there is no beach, just rocks on the shoreline... so it is beautiful but you have to go somewhere else to find sand for your toes. Also, onsite dining is more pricey than other resorts of similar quality. But the views at the resort at sunset are priceless! The employees are great as well. ”

Overall it was a wonderful vacay at HE. Highly recommend. Staff was exceptional especially Josue and Giovanni, 2 of our butlers. Only negative aspect would be price of food and quality of food. Taste on scale of 1-10 would be a 7. Don’t let that stop you from going.”
