Stunning home in great location

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Rosemary Beach is beautiful and exclusive and this home is on one of the best streets in town just steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. The accommodations are very comfortable with a great layout and spacious places for the family to enjoy. Beds are so comfortable and the kitchen has every gadget and appliances that a serious cook would want. Brenda, the owner, was very attentive and welcoming, and the management company is on top of every detail. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated home. Definitely recommend.”

When sitting down to write our review, we read what prior guests had to say and we couldn't agree more with everything they shared. In addition, we found the temperature in all parts of the home to be ideal. We didn't need to touch the thermostats at all during our stay. We appreciated having easy access to our media on all the TV's throughout the home. Connecting to the home audio system was a breeze and we were able to enjoy our music playlists in the home, on the balcony or out on the patio by the pool. Having a pool at the home was wonderful. It surprised us that our family had no desire to visit any of the nearby neighborhood pools which were also available to use. The sand on the beach never got too hot to walk on even in the heat of the day and sunsets on the beach are picturesque. We recommend organizing a family photo shoot while at this location. The kitchen was well stocked making meal prep enjoyable with plenty of room to sit down to eat. Publix grocery store is 10 minutes from the home which had everything we needed. We enjoyed the varied selection of nearby restaurants and we had far more than our share of fresh donuts from Donut Hole and Acai from Playa Bowls. You will likely find it hard to leave this "Cottage". Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.”

Perfect Family Get Away

This beautiful villa is so thoughtfully planned! The open concept kitchen and living area made it easy to enjoy meals and family time together, but the bedrooms on three floors are all separated from each other enough to ensure privacy and accommodate different sleep schedules. It is ideal for a large group that needs a floor plan in which people don’t need to be worried about waking anyone up from naps, early risers don’t have to worry about waking those who sleep later, and night owls can play games without disturbing those who’ve retired earlier. It features several private balconies in the shade and sun where one can easily retreat to enjoy a book and a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Rosemary Beach’s aesthetic feels very European with beautiful shade trees and unique homes with gas lights. None are prettier than this villa which is just steps away from the beach walkway and the shaded, fenced playground which is directly across the street! The beautiful pool was able to be heated, so we enjoyed relaxing swimming and floating in the pool during mild weather in early May. We were thankful for the peace of mind afforded by the alarm system on the doors so we didn’t have to worry about the children and the pool. We loved the easy walkability to many cafes, restaurants, and shops, (including The Hidden Lantern bookstore with Story Time twice a week). It is delightful to be able to walk to dinner without dealing with driving and competing for limited parking. The Wolf range is a dream for those who enjoy cooking, and two dishwashers are a nice amenity if you have a larger group. The cyclists in our family enjoyed the easy access to this end of 30-A which has significantly less traffic than other developments. We can’t imagine a more idyllic place to relax and enjoy time together with friends and/or family than this spacious and beautiful home in the perfect location! We hope to come back again.”

Amazing Home Steps from the Beach!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Serenity Now Cottage in the charming Rosemary Beach, and I am thrilled to say that our experience exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we stepped into this beautiful property, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately felt like a home away from home. The house itself was stunning and tastefully furnished, with each room providing ample comfort and a touch of luxury. The open-concept layout offered plenty of space for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool area. It was the perfect oasis for my family to gather, splash around, and soak up the sun. The outdoor seating and dining areas were also a fantastic spot for us to enjoy our meals and relish the beautiful weather. The beach was just a short, two-minute walk from the cottage, and it was undoubtedly one of the most breathtaking shorelines we have ever visited. The pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters offered a serene and picturesque backdrop for our daily beach strolls and family fun. Rosemary Beach itself is a delightful and vibrant community with a plethora of activities and amenities for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local shops, restaurants, and parks, all of which added to the overall charm and allure of our vacation. The Serenity Now Cottage's location also allowed us to easily access nearby attractions such as bike trails, nature reserves, and other beach towns along the scenic 30A highway. This made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable, as we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the region's beauty and culture. Throughout our stay, we found the property management team to be attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They were genuinely dedicated to ensuring that we had the best possible experience at the Serenity Now Cottage. In summary, our time at the Serenity Now Cottage in Rosemary Beach was nothing short of amazing. The exquisite home, gorgeous beach, and vibrant community created an unforgettable vacation experience.
