Situated next to Christ's Pieces, the house has its living spaces on the top floor overlooking the back of Emmanuel College. It is within a 5-minute walk of most of the Cambridge colleges and market square and 10 minutes from the 'backs' and all the beautiful sites and experiences the city brings. The train station and links to London, Norwich, etc., are within walking distance. The house also has a secure dedicated parking space, which is rare in the city centre.

Cambridge is a historic city with a typically English yet exciting past. Cambridge was a prosperous market town situated fifty miles north of London. Cambridge has a peculiar claim to fame: perhaps the only city that has retrospectively named its river!

Our stay at Steve and Tina’s home was exceptional. I consider them to be outstanding hosts: they provided us with a wealth of information about Cambridge, including what to visit, where to eat, and even recommended some colleges for my son. They were always quick to respond to emails and extremely attentive to every request and need. Their home is incredibly welcoming and clean, very close to the city centre and conveniently located for public transport. There were four of us, and the space turned out to be spacious and highly functional, with attention to every detail. I would definitely return to this beautiful home. ”

Excellent Location in Cambridge UK

5 Christs Court is in an excellent location to explore everything Cambridge has to offer. The unit itself is well equipped with everything you need. Though it is listed as a 3 bedroom unit, I would classify it as a 2 bedroom unit plus a study as the 3rd bedroom only has a sleeper sofa plus it has an office area for your laptop. There is also a printer there but I couldn't figure out how to access it. The study is the only room on the first floor along with a half bath/power room. The basement houses 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an in-suite full bathroom and there is another full bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The host was very helpful and he even provided me with the contact information to one of his neighbors who I could contact if I had any questions. Train access to London is very easy as the train station is only a 5 minute drive away. I took the train to London twice during the week. I also took the fast train to Paris and spent one night there which ended up being a great addition to the trip. With all the side trips though I didn't have enough time to do all I wanted to do in Cambridge but I did get a good feel for the city. All and all a great trip and 5 Christs Court is an excellent base for exploring Cambridge and the surrounding area.”
