From the moment you arrive, the rhythmic lapping of the waves and the vibrant hues of the sunset over the bay create a setting of pure serenity. Cars aren’t allowed on the island. The ferry ride from Bayshore is part of the adventure, and once you arrive, the house is just a five-minute walk from the dock. Getting around is easy and fun—whether by foot, bike, or water taxi! We provide four bicycles and a large wagon to make exploring even more enjoyable.

Designed for both relaxation and togetherness, the home’s open-concept layout ensures that breathtaking bay views are never out of sight. The living area is bright and inviting, with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and an adjacent sitting room featuring a daybed for unwinding by the water. A spacious dining area, centered around a solid wood table, provides seating for ten—ideal for shared meals and lively game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and seamless access to the dining and living areas. A spiral staircase leads to an upper-level lounge, a quiet retreat that serves as a workspace or additional sleeping area with a queen sofa bed.

The home’s five bedrooms are designed with a soothing coastal aesthetic, featuring high-quality linens, air conditioning, and ample storage space. The first-floor primary bedroom boasts a King bed, multiple windows framing bay views, and a desk for those needing to stay connected. Three additional first-floor bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a queen room with double exposures, a two twin-bedded room, and a room with a double bed and twin bed and charming courtyard views.

Ascending the spiral staircase, the upper-level bedroom is a peaceful hideaway under a skylight, furnished with a queen bed and accent seating, making it a tranquil retreat for restful nights. Two full windowed bathrooms on the lower level—one with a walk-in shower and another with a tub/shower combination—provide spa-like comfort, complemented by plush towels and an outdoor shower for post-beach refreshment.

Step outside to embrace the coastal lifestyle, where a private sandy beach area awaits with a picnic table and Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay. A stainless steel gas grill makes al fresco dining a breeze, while provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler ensure seamless beach outings. Four bicycles invite guests to explore the town, and a large wagon offers convenience for carrying essentials to the nearby oceanfront.
