Highlights:
• Direct access to the Cartecay River
• Three king suites with private bathrooms
• Screened porch with private hot tub
Set directly along the Cartecay River in Ellijay, this three-bedroom cabin offers a wooded North Georgia setting with convenient access to the water. A gradual riverbank makes it easy to enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking, and swimming when conditions permit, without navigating steep terrain. Accommodating up to six guests, the home is also well positioned for exploring the region’s vineyards, apple orchards, farms, and mountain landscapes.
Warm wood interiors create a classic cabin atmosphere throughout the main living spaces. The vaulted living area is centered around a gas fireplace and includes comfortable seating, a television, and board games for relaxed evenings at home. An adjoining kitchen is equipped with a double oven, electric stove, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and everyday cookware, while the nearby dining area provides space for shared meals.
Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, Egyptian cotton linens, and a private full bathroom, offering a comfortable layout for couples and adult groups. Three full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace support both short stays and longer visits.
The outdoor areas are designed around the riverfront setting. A screened porch includes seating, an outdoor dining area, and a private hot tub overlooking the surrounding woods. Closer to the water, guests will find a fire pit and additional seating beside the river. A barbecue grill, private backyard, and multiple decks create several places to spend time outdoors throughout the day.
Beyond the property, Ellijay is known for its apple orchards, local vineyards, working farms, rivers, and mountain recreation. K&P Farms and Mountain Valley Farm add opportunities to discover regional produce and farm-raised goods, while downtown Ellijay offers restaurants, shops, and galleries. This riverfront cabin provides a relaxed base for experiencing North Georgia with direct access to the Cartecay always close at hand.
