This is a gem of a little stone-built cottage facing a triangular courtyard with the two other cottages. This home sleeps 2 adults in a bedroom (plus a cot room off the bedroom).

Located in a private estate that has excellent facilities perfect for your family holiday in Devon; whether the kids want to take a dip in the heated indoor pool or burn off some steam in the sunshine on our large wooden outdoor play area, or you want to take the whole family on a relaxing stroll, we’ve got something for everyone.

Downstairs is one room comprising a sitting/dining area with a Smart TV. It has a sofa, armchair, and oak dining table and two chairs. On one side is the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

The staircase leads up to the bedroom with a king-size wrought iron bed. It is beautifully decorated with Nina Campbell wallpaper. A small cot room with a wooden cot is off the bedroom, which is ideal for giving parents and their baby a good night's sleep. The separate wet room is marble lined with a lovely solid marble basin.
