The charming, newly renovated guest house comes complete with a bedroom with pocket doors, sitting room with TV, full bath and kitchenette. Have breakfast and coffee while waiting for the main house to wake up.

Enjoy our wonderful outdoor space, which includes a large yard with perennial gardens, patio and front porch as well as an outdoor shower. After swimming, biking, and exploring everything the island has to offer, relax with family and friends and grill dinner on our spacious patio or enjoy a good book with some hors d’oeuvres while relaxing in our rocking chairs on the front porch.

Our home comes fully equipped for all activities. Other amenities include a new Weber grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, lawn games and boogie boards. For rainy days there is a ping pong table, games, books and puzzles and of course cable TV and wireless high speed internet. Off-street parking for 3 and a shed for storage are also available.

No need to get in your car. Just stroll to the restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques, gift shops, grocery store, museums, library, beach, playground, tennis and so much more. Enjoy a bike ride to the beach, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, Chappaquiddick or just cruise the many island bike paths. The possibilities are endless.
