Bella Vista Estate is an absolute natural paradise, built for entertaining and featuring exquisite timbered elements that give a rustic appeal to the space. The Lodge features the largest of the living spaces, with massive windows that look out over some of the best views in Colorado and soaring ceilings. This marvelous home almost feels as vast as the stunning landscape that surrounds it. Spend leisurely evenings by one of four wood-burning fireplaces, including the earth stone construction in the great room. As you're gathered together in the great room, grab a drink from the wet bar and enjoy a casual movie night on the massive flat screen television, complete with a whole house audio system.

The spacious great room in the Lodge extends over to the chef’s kitchen and dining area, positioned directly in front of the expansive patio and sweeping views. The kitchen features custom wood cabinetry and centers around a massive center island. With smooth countertops and state of the art appliances, the culinary expert of the group won’t miss a beat! After dinner, take your nightcap in the game room, engaging in a bit of friendly competition with a game of pool or foosball. As the sun sinks low in the sky, head to one of three spacious balconies for unparalleled views of the sunset.

The Upper and Lower Cottages feature a unique layout with room enough for eight to ten guests. The Lower Cottage is perfect for senior guests in your party and the Upper Cottage features a cozy, wood-burning fireplace. Each has a separate entrance, allowing multiple families to stay together but still have their privacy. With amenities such as charming kitchen and dining areas, and comfortable seating areas, you’ll be completely immersed in alpine elegance.

Perched on the second story, the Overlook serves as its own separate living space. Recently remodeled and offering three bedrooms, the Overlook provides the seclusion that you might be looking for during your mountain getaway. With high, vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows, you’ll love the meditative, natural feel of the space. The Overlook provides an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, along with an expansive deck that’s perfect for taking in valley and mountain vistas.

With 12 amazing bedrooms split amongst the three homes, you and your guests will have more than enough room to spread out and relax after a long day spent on the slopes or hiking through the mountains. The Lodge features five bedrooms, the two Cottages have four bedrooms between them, and the Overlook has three bedrooms.

The kids will love taking advantage of incredible outdoor amenities such as a regulation tennis court, basketball hoop, and more.
