May 2024A Dreamy Fantasy
There are not words to convey how much we enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t want to leave and we want to return immediately. The gardens are extraordinary. The olive grove straight out of a movie. The pool area feels like a resort. The table on the veranda hosted dinner every night the weather allowed. The VIEWS. I’ve never seen such gorgeous views. The owners and property manager responded promptly and throughly to all our questions. We can’t wait to visit again. Book this the minute you see it. You’ll be delighted you did. ”

September 2023Beautiful stay
This is a gorgeous home with plenty of space and wonderful terraces. The house manager met us and explained everything we needed to know. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with quality cookware. We were a party of four so we had plenty of room to spread out but never even used the two lounges or the dining room because we had perfect weather every day of our stay. The sun rises and sunsets were spectacular. Damian, the host was very responsive throughout the process. If you are renting a car, try to get an automatic transmission because the roads are very hilly in this area and if you aren’t used to a manual transmission, it can be a bit tricky.”

May 2023Spectacular Speracedes!
The Riviera Villa was breathtaking and our stay there was truly spectacular! This special home is located in the small village of Sperasedes perched atop a terraced hillside with dazzling views of the Mediterranean in the distance. The Villa has been artfully renovated to retain its original charm, but also to provide every modern amenity, including a luxurious pool deck, an expansive outdoor dining and entertaining lounge area, extensive landscaping and gardens and a fabulous gourmet kitchen. The house manager greeted us upon arrival, making sure that we had everything we needed, and even arranged for a chef to come to the Villa to prepare a gourmet dinner served on the outside terrace under the stars. The nearby town of Cabris (a challenging uphill walk or 10 min drive) is charming and friendly, with excellent restaurants, a few shops and an outstanding bakery. Our host Damian was extremely responsive and provided a detailed guide for the operations of the home and exploration of the area. His many thoughtful suggestions led us to several beautiful towns including Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice and even made it to the Monaco Grand Prix! The weather was fantastic and we were able to swim each morning and spend most afternoons lounging by the pool. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait for the opportunity to return. We truly appreciate our Third Home membership for introducing us to special places and people like this ! The Villa was also recently named a 2023 top vacation rental in France by Vrbo/Abritel and has been highlighted in several magazine features too. ”
