This is a Custom built beautiful home done in the traditional Tuscan design. We have put tons of love and time into this home for our enjoyment and would like for you to feel right at home here.

We are located in a tranquil neighborhood 3 blocks from the Pacific Ocean and Southern California's stunning beach. Disney Land is about approx. 1.5 hour drive in normal traffic. We are also just 6 blocks from the train station and a short 45 minute drive from San Diego. The recommend airports are Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.

The home has three levels including a rooftop terrace to enjoy the beautiful California sunsets. The home has 3 bedrooms and each with it's own unique charm. The amber bedroom you will notice has a queen bed and golden rod iron bed frame. The cream colored bedroom also has a queen bed and has a wonderful wooden bed frame. The master bed room has a customs Cal. king bed, a love seat, and a plush white carpet witch is heaven on your feet. The en suite bathroom is equipped with his and her sinks as well as a separate glass walled shower and bathtub.
Due to the many antiques, art and custom furnishings also the rooftop patio this is not a child friendly home. For safety reasons children under the age of 12 can not be accepted.

I took special care to appoint the home with costume furnishings and antiques to make our time there even more special (please use provided coasters on all furnishings). The living room has dark wood blinds for absolute privacy and a more intimate atmosphere. This home has much to make you comfortable during your stay. The open plan of the kitchen with its island and three swival chairs makes it easy to prepare all sorts of meals in the well equipped kitchen, without having to leave the atmosphere. A large dinning room table for enjoying a home cooked meal.

If you come during the colder months you will love the fact that there are 3 natural gas fire places. *(Due to damage master bedroom fo is not in service)*For maximum comfort the home also has Central heat and A/C. Linens are premium quality to make you feel right at home. On the second floor there is a washer and dryer.

This home is my families home away from home and the much of the decor is antiques and colostom furnishings and art. Please use special care. I understand accidents happen, please let myself, Lucy or Kori know and we will get it properly repaired. Please don't attempt to repair anything yourself. If there any questions. Please contact me.

There is always a gift basket awaiting your arrival. There is also a folder with information about the Villa as well as recommendations for where to shop, dine, theaters, churches and monthly activities. If you need a chauffeur, Linda and her qualified team are here to assist. If you would like tickets, fishing charters, sunset cruises, surfing gear, paddle board, rental vehicle, professional chef. These services are paid fully by the booking partie. These services prices are set by the hour or the event. Please contact me and I will have the arrangement made for you in advance of your arrival. I want your stay to fulfill all your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extreme water shortage in California we would ask all guests be considerate and respectful with the usage of the washing machine. An excellent Landry service is also available for your convince.
