Step into this contemporary home, and be greeted by chic design with clean lines, and fresh colors. The living room has a black leather sectional, three chairs, and ample table space. Enjoy the cozy fire and watch the large mounted flat screen TV after a long day exploring the desert. Enjoy Direct TV with a premier package for extra viewing options. With stunning desert views for miles and miles right from the couch, you will truly appreciate the atmosphere and have the most authentic desert experience.

The kitchen is open and modern with dark cabinets and hardwood floors that complement the stainless steel appliances and sleek granite countertops. You will enjoy cooking up a meal with ease in this well-equipped kitchen. Eating the meal will be just as exciting next to the large windows and glass doors that give the perfect desert backdrop during mealtime.

This luxury home offers three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own suite, allowing optimal privacy and space for everyone. Two of the suites include a king bed and en-suite bathroom. They have large flat screen TVs and ample closet space. The third suite has two queen beds with large flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with spa-like shower.

For additional bedding, there are bunkbeds in the upstairs loft that have a privacy curtain. This is a perfect space for kids and still provides beautiful views through the expansive windows. Guests have access to an additional 4 guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival. An additional setup charge may apply.

The backyard, wraparound patio allows for spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains. Red rocks surround this space and it provides the perfect haven to relax and unwind after an adventurous day. Grill up the perfect meal on the grill and dine al fresco right from home. There is also a 2 car garage, perfect for storing Jeeps for all of the off-roading in the area. There is an electric wench lift in each garage for easy removal and storage of your jeep top. Splash around in the swimming pool on warmer days, which is a quick 2-minute walk from home.

After a relaxing day at home, you’ll want to spend time Jeeping, biking, hiking, and sightseeing at some of the most amazing national parks in the world.
