Borwick Fold is a traditional lakeland farmhouse sitting in 4 acres of garden including 2 ponds, an orchard, a woodland and 3 patio and outdoor sitting areas. The property itself has a large kitchen and dining area, an even larger lounge with log burner, a small snug with log burner, six double bedrooms, 4 with an en suite bathroom or shower room and a further shared bathroom. The kitchen / dining area opens onto a large patio area with table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is also a fire pit with fabulous views over the fells, perfect for a barbecue. There are several areas around the garden to sit out and enjoy the views and peace and quiet. The bright and modern country kitchen comes with an AGA oven. There is a large dining table for 12 people. Perfect for a dinner party.

The six bedrooms are comfortable and cozy and feature respectively one super king bed, four king size beds and 2 single beds.

Dogs are welcome and almost mandatory to make the most of this 'home away from home' for hikers and walkers who are looking to truly connect with the beauty of unspoiled landscape.
