The interior of the home provides ample space for lounging and to entertain and showcases the attention to every little detail. The expansive 35-ft wide living room and dining room was engineered to allow for large gatherings and complete relaxation for enough guests. The entire first floor of the home features 12' ceilings, a 12' large sliding glass door and 8' tall windows, all allowing the outside and inside to be seen from either side. The lavish gourmet-state-of-the-art main kitchen on the first floor is fully stocked with all one needs - a sprawling 6’ x 12’ granite island, dual GE side-by-side refrigerators, dual Bosch dishwashers, including a 48" Wolff gas stove to play master-chef on, and one electric professional oven also. The kitchen's location is just a few steps from the double garage and is the perfect place to bring in your grocery supplies and beverages to unload. There is a full bath off the summer kitchen for swimmers and sunbathers and a stylish half bath just inside the home as well. The kitchen island can seat 8 on bar stools for coffee in the morning or entertaining and enjoying cocktails before dinner; whereas the dining room offers two tables that can seat 10 each for a total of 28 people if utilizing the kitchen islands stools.

Ascending the stairs up to the second floor of this beautiful beach home, more spacious luxurious comfort awaits....featuring a children's den connected to a bunk room that sleeps 8, along with a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, in addition to four King-bedded Suites all featuring private bathrooms. There are 50" TVs in every room, along with ceiling fans and recessed lighting.

The third floor is a similar layout to the second and spares no expense on space. This floor features yet another four elegantly comfortable King-bedded Suites all with private bathrooms, and a bunk room, a second laundry room with another washer-dryer set; in addition a media-game-playroom with PlayStation gaming console and a pool table provides everyone at any age further indoor entertainment.

The exterior of the home provides a double garage and a golf-cart to explore the community. In addition the residence offers an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill, an outdoor TV, mini fridge and commercial ice maker which are located right next to the pool. Chef's will delight in preparing all types of seafood and barbecue on the gas grill. When things heat up, enjoy a splash and wading in the 30' x 18' pool and the in-ground hot tub. The swim out lounge area and separate hot tub make for a relaxing day outdoors. There are also 10 pool chaise lounges for sunbathing. The custom pool lighting and surround-sound Sonos system make for a spectacular evening atmosphere for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends (you can adjust the volume throughout different areas of the home and out by the pool, from your phone! From the app, you can connect to the existing iTunes account or browse through hundreds of pre-selected Pandora playlists; or you can also opt to completely turn the music off in one or two areas if you just want to keep it on one floor/area).

When you're ready to enjoy the access to the private beach, from March-October, the home comes with 4 beach umbrellas and 8 beach chairs set up and waiting for your enjoyment. Take the golf cart that comes with the house down to the end Sandtrap Road to the designated golf cart parking to unload sunbathers and all your beach gear.
