Step inside its delightful open floor plan interior with comfortable furnishings, hardwood flooring and large picture windows with views of the lake. Enjoy watching TV in the Living Room that flows into the Dining space and fully-equipped Kitchen; or enjoy morning breakfast and quick bites in the windowed dining nook off the kitchen. Gather outside on either of its two-story party decks and enjoy dining al fresco outdoors under the arbor deck with its shade umbrella or in the screened-in lounge area; or walk down to wooden pier to the boat dock with its gazebo shaded seating area. Activities abound within this residence and its location - relax in the hot tub, explore the lake on the provided kayaks and paddleboards (two of each provided to guests); enjoy fishing rods and floating toys (also provided). Rent a power boat or jet-ski from the nearby marina and tie it to the property dock for handy use during your stay. The residence also offers a small home-gym on the lower level which includes a treadmill, Concept 2 Rowing machine and Nordic Track ski machine. The serene setting of the cove also provides a safe swimming area right off the dock and the water is clean (depth is 14-ft at the dock).

The home can easily accommodate from 10-12 guests, who can choose from five comfortably spacious bedrooms offering a variety of bedding ranging from King, Queen, Twin and Bunk bedding.

For convenience, there is also a small office-room and a two-car garage for guest parking. Several great restaurants can be reached either via boat or car within 10-15 minutes from the home; and also there is a main shopping center with upscale grocery store and movie theater all within quick driving distance.
