Our commitment is to deliver the villa in optimal condition for the intended use. Therefore, the guest must return it in the same condition at the end of the rental period. Whether the villa is rented through a private contract or a digital platform, the guest and their companions agree to abide by the following rules:

Prohibitions:
Unauthorized pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; it is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A sanitization fee will be applied for any violation.
Copying keys, damaging the property, or removing any items from the villa is prohibited.
Any damage to furniture, decorations, appliances, or the villa must be repaired at market price.
For safety reasons, hot air balloons, fireworks, and any pyrotechnic objects are prohibited without prior authorization.
Events or parties cannot be organized without prior approval.
The entry of unregistered guests, drugs, sex workers, or engagement in immoral or illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate contract termination without a refund.

Guest Responsibilities:
Respect the number of guests indicated in the rental contract.
Do not store food in the bedrooms or leave wet clothes on the floor to avoid attracting insects.
Store valuables in the safes; we are not responsible for any losses.
Do not hang towels or wet clothes on the balconies.
Avoid sitting on beds or furniture with wet swimsuits.
Use the garage without blocking the street or neighbors' parking spaces.
Follow sustainability guidelines regarding the use of air conditioning, faucets, and lights.

Sustainability:
In Acapulco, public resources are limited. Help us conserve natural resources:
Do not leave faucets or the shower running unnecessarily.
Use the air conditioner only when in the room, with the windows closed, and set between 21 and 26°C (70-79°F). Setting it below 21°C (70°F) may overload the compressor. Any repair due to improper use will be deducted from the security deposit.
Turn off lights and air conditioning when not needed or when leaving. The villa staff is authorized to turn off unnecessary appliances.
Do not iron clothes on beds, tables, or the floor; request an ironing board.

Sheets and Towels:
Use towels and sheets responsibly to avoid fines for improper use or replacement.
Suntan lotions and body makeup can stain towels and furniture. Please remove excess body makeup and sunscreen before sitting on beds or furniture.
Remove facial makeup with cotton or disposable tissues to avoid staining towels.

Bathroom Usage:
Do not flush solid objects (sanitary towels, diapers, etc.) down the toilet. Any detected violation will incur a plumbing fee.

Pool Rules:
Do not leave bottles, glasses, or other objects near the pool.
Shampoo and other products are prohibited in the pool.
No food or foreign objects are allowed in the pool.
An adult must supervise children under 12.

Music and Noise:
The property has a high-quality sound system in social areas, allowing connection of personal devices. However, volume must not exceed 80 dB during the day and 60 dB after midnight.
For events, a professional DJ or sound system must be hired.
Any fines for noise violations imposed by the community will be the guest's responsibility.

Day Visitors and Celebrations:
Day visitors require prior authorization and the guest’s acceptance of the Visitor and Celebration Policy and Rules.
Guests may invite up to 4 visitors for a maximum of 6 hours at no additional cost, provided the Concierge is notified in advance. Exceeding 4 visitors will incur a per-person fee, with a total limit of 22 people, including resident guests. Events exceeding this limit will be classified as "Special Events," subject to additional fees and conditions.
Night events require prior authorization from the community.

Special Events:
The villa is rented exclusively for vacation use.

Villa Staff:
The villa staff has set work and rest schedules that must be respected.
Staff is not authorized to use guest´s vehicles or accompany guests outside the villa. If transportation or external services are needed, the Concierge can assist.
Employees are not trained or authorized to provide childcare. If a nanny is needed, please contact the Concierge for assistance.
