November 2025Beautiful home in the best location !
Just got back from a stay at Casa Estana and we wish we were still there ! We have done a few Third Home stays in San Miguel and this was by far the best. The home is impeccably decorated , great staff and steps from everything. Did not use a car other than to come and go to the airport. ”

November 2025A Perfect Stay at Casa Estana – A 5-Star Gem in San Miguel de Allende
Our experience at Casa Estana was absolutely phenomenal. Even before we arrived, Liz and her team made us feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality was top-notch: they coordinated everything flawlessly. Alma, our lovely housekeeper, made us breakfast one morning. It truly felt like we were being taken care of by family. The location is unbeatable. Casa Estana is just three blocks from the main plaza and the iconic cathedral, placing you right in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. We had a culinary adventure, dining at fantastic spots like the Rosewood Hotel, the Hyatt, Luna, 1826, and Moxi at Hotel Matilda. Every meal was a delight, with exceptional food, service, and decor. And finally, the town itself is breathtaking. San Miguel de Allende is rich in history, architecture, and art. As architects, we were in heaven, admiring the beautiful buildings and soaking in the local culture. The warmth of the people made it even more special. We will definitely be back. If I could give Casa Estana 100 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!”

January 2025Most beautiful home in San Miguel
San Miguel is a lovely city. The cobblestone streets and clean well maintained businesses all account for a charm that is unbeatable. Casa Estana is exceptional in every way. Truly the best accommodation in the city. Liz, the owner, makes sure that every need is accounted for. When you arrive you are greeted with a magical ambiance; fountains, music, candles and Alma has food waiting for your arrival. The furnishings and decor are upscale, designed with comfort, giving you the feeling that you have a palace to yourself. The bedding, linens and kitchen supplies are the best we have encountered. The location couldn’t be better, minutes on foot to the town center, and to anything in town that you might want to explore. No need for a car. The roof top jacuzzi is an especially nice way to take in the sunset. The staff are dedicated to your happiness. Israel makes sure that everything runs smoothly and is always available to answer questions. We are so thankful to Liz for sharing this magnificent property with us. We couldn’t have been happier with our trip to San Miguel, and hope to return next year. Neil & Shan Cormie Victoria, B.C.
