But Steamboat Springs is more than just one of America’s leading ski destinations; in fact, this authentic mountain town is a year-round outdoor playground bursting with opportunities for hiking, fishing, and soaking in natural hot springs.

This spacious residence appreciates a prime location at the end of the building closest to the ski lifts and above a fabulous wine and liquor store—perfect après ski. It’s situated next to an elevator that connects with the parking garage, offering parking for two cars during your stay. You and your guests can enjoy a myriad of conveniences like winter ski storage service in Gondola Square; just check your skis in with the bellman upon arrival.

Your home-away-from-home features a parlor area with a fireplace, full kitchen, and dining table. It comes appointed with top-of-the-line furniture and appliances, hardwood custom cabinetry, and polished granite countertops are in all kitchens and bathrooms. All rooms have 32” flat-screen TVs and DVD players, complimentary wireless internet, humidifier, in-room safe, coffee maker, hairdryers, robes, ironing board, and iron. Sleep configurations include 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 daybeds in the living room.

A restaurant, pool restaurant, and snack shop are located on the premises. The Fitness center, steam room, and sauna are near the pool. There is no laundry in the unit, but there is a laundry room in the building past the gym that runs on tokens; contact the front desk for tokens. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets are allowed in the unit.

There is a twice hourly shuttle service to downtown, and a shuttle to City Market grocery is available by reservation. The Grand is within walking distance to WildPlum gourmet grocery and liquor store and walking distance to several restaurants on the mountain.
