Greenbrier - Luxury Private Home - On Resort grounds

Join us at The Greenbrier—America’s Resort and a National Historic Landmark that has welcomed guests from around the world since 1778. Located on the resort grounds, our 5600 square foot, three-bedroom home makes it easy to enjoy the luxuries of The Greenbrier with all the comforts of home. At The Greenbrier, guests can vacation in elegance surrounded by the Allegheny Mountains, offering championship golf, fine dining, & over 55 activities.

This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home is decorated to reflect the traditional, timeless elegance that the entire resort displays. The home features two master bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with two queen-size beds, sleeping a total of eight guests, and there are two air mattresses available for two additional guests. The upstairs master bath has a large jacuzzi tub, a full body spray shower, and a huge closet, and the downstairs bath has a relaxing steam shower. It’s the perfect home-away-from-home for two families traveling together.

The open living room has Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and boasts a comfortable area for guests to gather, relax and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace. It features a 55” Smart TV, which includes basic cable and streaming services (you must log in to your own accounts for streaming access). The living room leads out to an expansive balcony that boasts stunning views. Off of the living room, there is a gourmet kitchen with exotic granite counters that features a 60” Wolfe stove and all the basic essentials, including an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Prepare something delicious to have for brunch together as a family around the dining table.

The Greenbrier is home to a collection of five golf courses, being one of the resort’s biggest attractions. To name two, The Old White TPC was designed by C.B. Macdonald and opened for the 2017 Greenbrier Classic, a PGA Tour FedEx Cup Event and The Greenbrier Course was host to the 1979 Ryder Cup. Our home is located near the 9th hole of the Old White TPC Golf Course.

When staying at The Greenbrier, you can expect exceptional dining options, the world-renowned mineral spa, a casino club, a bowling alley, and a ton of family-friendly activities, including horseback riding, craft shops, zip lining, bike riding, fishing, carriage rides, and more.

Free shuttle service is offered to all activities on the Greenbrier property. Guests have access to the entire home and some resort amenities. Some activities will require reservations and additional fees. When you stay at our home you are not considered a guest of the greenbrier and depending on availability they may limit some access. I’m happy to help assist with reservations once booked just let me know what you would like to do and I’ll check availability.

You also won’t have to pay the 6.5% Historic Preservation Fee (historic fee will apply to other purchases on the resort property).
