Perfect lakehouse

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this marvelous, comfortable home. We were 4 adults, a 10 year-old, and a 5 year-old. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable.... and more! We never needed to leave the house, there's so much it includes. The space let the adults find privacy when working. The location on the lakefront let us swim and boat every day, and the electronic and board games kept us entertained when indoors. The well-appointed kitchen and outdoor fire pit had us eating there all the time, while the proximity to town let us go out easily and quickly.”

Beautiful Property

This was our second stay at the Gresla home in Winter Harbor. We have a 94 yo aunt that lives in Wolfeboro. We had a wonderful visit with her and some cousins during our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Coffee on the dock in the morning was unbeatable. Easy trip to Wolfeboro with many shops and restaurants. Great Lake house!

Our family of 9 had such a fun time at the lake house. Tim was very good to be in touch with. We swam, kayaked, boarded, had a perch dinner from perch caught not far from house!! Baseball games on their big, flat yard. Wonderful summer family fun!!!”

Oh to be a Laker at Lake Winnipesaukee!! Super location for us and our grandchildren who are still talking about the beach, stand up paddle board, kayaks, raft, bed swing etc. For me, we need a much bigger boat! Tons of live music opportunities so next time I will make reservations ahead of stay. Don’t miss Castle in the Clouds!”

Beautiful house on a beautiful lake

We had a wonderful stay at this very well appointed lake house. I can't think of anything it lacked. The kitchen was big and had everything anyone would need, the room downstairs had a pool table and video game machine my kids (and the adults) loved, we went out on the lake with kayaks and stand up paddle-boards and floated around on some rafts. We made Smore's and just hung out. It was perfect. The owner was also very easy to communicate with.”

Perfect lake house!

What a perfect lake house. A small group of us spent one of the most memorable 4th of July week at this perfect lake house with beautiful surroundings. The house is well situated on the lake, feels private yet has easy access to the main road. Every room is perfectly designed with all the modern convenience and tastefully decorated. Lake view from each room is priceless. The kitchen has everything a cook can possibly need. We loved the screened porch where we had all of our meals looking onto the lake. The arcade game which my friend's kids said has "a thousand games" was their favorite thing - occasionally even adults have to fight for a turn. Plenty to do around the house with the kayaks, paddle board and swimming in the lake is pure pleasure since the water is perfectly refreshing but not cold. It's really the perfect lake house! ”

perfect week at a luxury home

This home has every amenity one could hope for. The owners were wonderful. They have done a masterful job of designing a modern lake home while keeping the charm of a lake home. The kayaks and paddleboard were an added treat. We rented a boat to see more of the lake enjoy wakeboarding. Wonderful lake, fantastic home! I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering "getting away at the lake".”

Uniquely fun lake house.

Outstanding home with wonderful lake access. Perfect and safe warm swimming for kids of every age. Trampoline was a popular activity for the kids nonstop. Home was beautifully appointed and comfortable.A very well equipped kitchen and 3 outdoor cooking options made meals easy. Tim was a wonderful host and communicator. Spot on!

The Gresla's lake house on Winnipesaukee was the perfect venue for our family retreat. The cove was lovely and not terribly overrun by jet skis and motor boats like other parts of the giant lake are, making kayaking and sailing enjoyable. The house itself had all the comforts of home: a well appointed kitchen with every appliance you could want, three different areas to dine, outdoor, screened-in porch and inside, and plenty of entertainment with a great stereo system, huge flat panel TV and comfortable couches. The smoker made excellent jerk chicken and the range on the deck was functional and convenient. We made good use of the kayaks and explored the basin and took a whirl on the sun fish, despite a lackluster breeze. We also found our way to Belknap Mountain for a light hike, which made a great day trip. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!”

Wonderful home near Wolfeboro

We loved everything about this house and its location. Idyllic setting, well equipped, extremely lovely and comfortable home. Ideal location near Wolfeboro shopping and dining; however, its the perfect house for hanging out and dining in. We really loved our stay and the gracious owners. Highly recommended for a family getaway. Plenty for kids to do at the house and on the lake. We were all adults and thoroughly enjoyed the huge TV for late night watching. Would definitely go back again. Spectacular vistas nearby.”

4th of July Weekend at Lake Winnipesaukee

Beautiful home on the lake with nice flat lot in a secluded and quiet cove, perfect for kayaking and sailing with the available sailboat and kayaks. We enjoyed the home with all it's amenties - movies at night on 70" TV, hot tub, billards. Terrific location with easy access to all the sites in the area. We enjoyed Castle in the Clouds, White Mountains, shopping, hiking, tennis in Wolfeboro, etc. Cooked every night using the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. We especially enjoyed the loon family that stayed in our bay and entertained us with their unique and wonderful sounds in the evening. We were two couples and the house was very spacious - we enjoyed the deck, screen porch (dinner there every night), living room and recreation room. Highly recommended.”

One of the best locations in the US

Wolfeboro New Hampshire is the first summer resort in America. It is a quaint lake front town surrounded by mountains. The 3RD HOME property is one of the best on the lake. It is direct lakefront and in a private cove so you do not get alot of boat traffic. It is a great fishing area and kayaking. The host let us use his kayak and it was perfect. We caught lots of fish right off the dock. The home is perfect for families and kids with a downstairs game room. The host member recommended several local places for dining which was helpful.”

Perfert vacation home

We had a great time at this wonderful lakefront home. It was nicely decorated and perfectly maintained. There was plenty of room both inside and out for enjoying the lake which was steps from the house. Nice sandy beach, swimming float and dock to keep a boat. Everything we needed was there and more. The location was picturesque and the owners could not have been more helpful. ”

Lake Winnepesaukee

We had a wonderful experience at Tim and Jeanine's home on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee last week. The autumnal colors were just slightly past peak, still quite striking, and the view from the porch was phenomenal with all of the colors reflecting on the lake. The home was warm, cozy and well appointed with plenty of amenities. We arrived late at night, and were surprised by a delicious "goodie basket" which was so very nice and thoughtful, and made us feel like "company". There were very specific instructions on the operation of the t.v., sound system, etc. and all of the things worked just fine. Tim suggested some excellent restaurants and provided good information on sightseeing, activities (the visit to the apple farm was great and very tasty). Quite simply, a positive, fun, relaxing vacation in a lovely and comfortable home. The drive around the lake was a lot of fun, and there were plenty of places to explore. We enjoyed the ambience of quaint and laid back Wolfeboro and the shopping and the Mills Falls restaurant in Merideth.”
