January 2023Enjoyable Stay
The house is a great location close to downtown Palm Springs. Very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants there. We did not use the pool as the weather was cold when we were there, but the hot tub was used often. The house is an old Palm Springs style and was a bit dark inside, but the owners said they were going to add some more lighting. The Casita was wonderful to have as an extra space for our daughter who was traveling with us and need some privacy for working remotely. The highlight is the backyard area, very nice and relaxing along with the neighborhood of very lovely homes. Checkout required us to strip the bed sheets, empty the garbage bins all around the house and collect towels and put in the laundry. Not what I expected from a Third Home stay vacation.”

December 2022Lone Palm House
This was a terrific place to stay. Our family enjoyed the great location in Old Las Palmas. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire were delightful. The house was clean and the kitchen was nice with modern appliances. The lighting in the front could have been a little better, to see the steps in the dark. It was easy to regulate the temperature with the Nest thermostat. All in all, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.”
