With a private heated pool and a backyard featuring an outdoor pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, cornhole, a large deck with two covered arbors, a table seating ten, a fire pit, a stainless steel gas grill, outdoor hot/cold shower, and cabana house, you may never see the beach during your stay!

Immerse yourself in this professionally decorated beach home that boasts gulf views on all three floors, with decks and patios on every floor. The fully furnished kitchen features quartz countertops with a subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cookware/utensils, and three refrigerators!

The house is located in a pristine location, walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, a coffee shop, and more. Directly in front of the house is a five-mile strand/path that is great for walking, running, biking, and rollerblading. House comes with a wagon to take your items to the beach, plus a beach umbrella and four beach chairs.

AREA: The Crystal Beach area is located just a few blocks from the popular Destin Commons shopping center. It is bordered on one side by Henderson State Park and on the other side by the Destiny neighborhoods. Many consider it to be the vacation destination of choice in Destin. It is a family-friendly, upscale area within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants, a coffee shop, a deli, and a spa.

ACTIVITIES: Beaches, golf, diving, boating, fishing, water parks, swimming, local attractions, fine dining, shopping, including the largest designer outlet center in the country. There is also a large playground for children two blocks away that is open to the public.
