Emerald Palace
One of Grand Palm's most exclusive luxury homes, Emerald Palace is a true showstopper with incredible Mediterranean designs, professional decor, and high-quality furnishings. Beach access is only a few steps away from the front of the home, allowing your feet to sink into the white sand in seconds. Each day, complimentary umbrellas and beach chairs are set up for you under the house name, making the exciting trek even more of a breeze.
As you enter through the impressive hardwood doors, you will find that every detail has been accounted for with cool gray tiles, high ceilings, and stunning light fixtures. The open concept living space allows your entire family to gather and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen is dreamy with tall custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and bar stool seats for eight. Feel free to order from one of the many nearby restaurants and break bread at the gorgeous wood table where eight more guests can sit comfortably. After a long day at the beach, shower and get cozy on the large leather sectional in front of the fireplace and flat-screen television.
Make your way onto the back patio, where the large saltwater pool sits surrounded by palm trees and sunshine overlooking the lake. There are plenty of loungers for everyone to get a proper southern tan and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table perfect for barbequing out. The backyard boasts extra amenities, including cornhole, kan jam, ladder toss, horseshoes, etc.
For more fun with the family, head into the garage game room, where there is a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, a big screen tv, and a ping pong table. There is room to fit up to six cars on the property and a golf cart.
Emerald Palace graciously sleeps 21 guests with seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and one-half bath. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom and balcony. Four of the bedrooms are luxurious king bedrooms with gorgeous designs and furnishings. Two of the rooms have two queen beds, and the last room is a bunk room with two sets of twin over twin beds.
The house is located in the incredibly sought-after Destiny West HOA with amenities that include a large seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, restrooms with showers, a fitness center, tennis courts, meeting areas, a kitchen, and clubhouse.
