Upon arrival to Paradise, you will be greeted by our guards and shown to our villa. One of the concierges will meet you onsite to give you a brief check-in and answer any questions you may have, and they can also help you with airport transfers, and booking excursions, reservations and private dinners.

Our beachfront Villa is magnificently appointed with luxuriously comfortable furnishings that complement the natural surroundings, from floor-to-ceiling glass doors with breathtaking sunset views, to ultra-plush bedding, richly colored native hardwood floors and inviting seating areas for your family to gather both inside and out.

The two-bedroom suite comes with its own luxe master bath and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The comfortable outdoor living terrace and upper-level balcony are perfect for entertaining and experiencing spectacular views.

The Palms is situated on a unique beach. The white sands of Playa Flamingo stretch past The Palms property to the end of this beautiful cove.

The closest domestic airport is Tamarindo (30 minutes) and the closest international airport is Liberia (60 minutes).

House Rules

Max occupancy is 6 per unit. Extra blow up mattress available if required. No ball throwing on the grass in front of the villas - stick to the beach for this. Daytime guests are allowed on the property but must be cleared with the owner first. Have a great time!

Additional Fees

Please note there is $200 Resort fee per unit for each stay and a $100 per week cleaning fee (there is daily cleaning, like at a hotel!)

Quiet luxury in Costa Rica

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Private Residences. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. We never had an issue finding pool chairs or the beach lounge chairs. The beach is in front of the villas and perfect for walking and swimming. We felt very well looked after by the concierge, they were quick to answer questions and even made us dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant for my birthday. We had a very enjoyable week and would highly recommend the Palms.”

Arrived in Paradise❣️

The Villa was stunning from the moment we walked into the residence. Walking straight out to the patio the infinity pool and beach were just steps away. Relaxing at the infinity pool was like being right on the beach. Or, just a few steps away, you could walk the beach and easily swim in the ocean. We ordered groceries ahead of time and was able to cook in the gourmet kitchen on several occasions. Coco Loco restaurant is a very short walk away and has wonderful food. We reserved a golf cart and were able to drive to the market and over to Potrero for anything we needed or finding more restaurant/bar and grills. It was a wonderful trip and didn’t want to leave.”
