Description

Welcome to Montmorency!

This village is a pleasant countryside town with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful houses. This ancient area is an enclave in the Val d'Oise, which has retained its charm as a bourgeois town. The excellent and quiet location allows guests to visit and explore the vibrant city of love while having a place to rest and relax.

This area offers a nice variety of nearby activities and sites, such as the Gothic Saint-Martin collegiate church boasts magnificent stained-glass windows, the oldest of which date back to the 16th century.

Another essential sight in the town is the Jean-Jacques Rousseau museum, which stands at the house where the philosopher and writer lived from 1757 to 1762.

Guests are within a short driving distance from enjoying an authentic Parisian lunch at the typical Brasserie Lorraine on Place des Ternes, where French cuisine is served. Mouthwatering oysters, sea bass and champ, are among the tastiest dishes, and guests will love the taste of the Grand Marnier Soufflé or the one of a traditional crêpe!

Running from the Place de la Concorde to the Arc de Triomphe, the iconic Champs Élysées is often described as the ‘world’s most beautiful avenue’. Offers an opportunity to browse products from renowned French brands and more along the famous avenue, a rich cultural hotspot with cinemas, theatres and exhibitions venues.

Le Mansart de Montmorency is a private villa dating from 1870, with a swimming pool, located in the heart of the village of Montmorency, 15km from Paris.

The living spaces are modern and luminous—with a beautifully blended classic and contemporary interior design, creating a unique style.
The comfortable and welcoming decoration creates a cosy and convenient space to enjoy and relax.

Two comfortable sofas allow visitors to sit back and enjoy their favourite shows while enjoying the beautiful garden views!

The five cosy bedrooms offer a perfect space for guests to relax and sleep after a long day exploring the city.

The outdoor space features a lounge and dining area perfect for soirees with friends, family or couples. The pool area is the ideal complement for warmer days to take a nice swim and enjoy the sunshine.

Fabulous, well-located home

A great base for Paris sight-seeing, this is a spacious, well-equipped home. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor canopied area in the basement. One advisory: check with the hosts about whether the bedroom layout will work for you, as some rooms are accessed through others. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and our hosts were friendly and responsive.”
