September 2023A slice of perfection in Cornwall, St. Maews
Incredible all around. This was our first time in Cornwall. The home is exquisite, the views Van Gogh-like. The owner and representative could not have been more helpful. Amanda is on the ground and helps with everything, from us arriving later with enough cheese, fresh bread, and wine to last us the week. We enjoyed the beautiful food at several local restaurants, walks along the headlands, across fields of ranches, cows, and stretches of long beaches. The roads are narrow, so make sure you have someone in your group that is comfortable driving. If not, taxis are easily accessible. I don't recommend going too far by car: Idle Rocks (walkable), the Hidden Hut, and Driftwood are fantastic places to dine. All are unique in character, food, and location. The Hidden Hut was our biggest surprise. It is such a special place. The other is taking a little boat ride to Place. The walks we had there were unbelievable. It was a lifetime experience we will always cherish. We hope to host Stuart and his family in Maui through ThirdHome in the near future. Sarah Caledonia-Nicol (Maui, Hawaii)”
