No car? No problem! This property allows you to leave your car behind as you explore the area on foot. Take a leisurely stroll to discover fine and casual dining options, rooftop bars, upscale shopping, live music venues, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors, including the popular Starbucks. You can also visit the local bookstore, enjoy numerous parks, admire beautiful architecture, play tennis, or explore the wooded walking and biking trails nearby.

The first floor of the property features an exterior entrance and a stocked garage. Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom with wall-mounted smart TV, two full sized beds (bunk style), a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Additionally, there's an outside bedroom area with a full-size pull-out couch, a sitting area with a TV, and two sets of double French doors that lead to separate patios. One of the patios is equipped with a child-proof gate and surround. From the backyard, you can access an 18-mile biking and walking path that runs through the towns of 30A. Alternatively, you can take a short walk or bike ride to Seacrest, Rosemary, or Alys Beach on this path.

The private side and backyard offer a relaxing oasis with outdoor sectional seating, tables and chairs, a firepit, tropical foliage, and fruit trees. A charcoal grill and grilling area are also available for your use. The garage provides additional convenience with an extra full-size refrigerator and a selection of complimentary amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, an inflatable paddle boat, fishing poles, beach toys, and other beach gear. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The easily accessible first floor is perfect for in-laws or as a private hangout for kids and teens.

On the second floor, you'll find a recently updated, fully equipped kitchen with a Jenair island cooktop, a large walk-in pantry, an apron sink, and a large window that fills the space with natural light. The kitchen also offers bar seating and includes a full-size oven, refrigerator, microwave, ice makers, and both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker.

The living and dining area features 10 ft ceilings, an open concept layout, two couches, a dining table for 7, bar/island seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 60” smart flat-screen HDTV. Double doors open to a covered balcony that faces 30A and offers views of the Emerald Coastline. The second master bedroom on this floor includes a king bed, a sitting area, a large private balcony, a full bathroom accessible to the living area, an HDTV, and a spacious closet with an ironing board and iron.

The third floor boasts a large private master bedroom with a king bed. A spacious hallway leads to French doors that open to a private covered balcony, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views of the Gulf and Alys Beach. The master bathroom features dual sinks, white quartz counters, and a large walk-in shower. Another spacious bedroom on this floor offers two queen beds, an HDTV, a DVD player, a huge walk-in closet, a private full bathroom, a private balcony with high railings, and a view of Seacrest Beach Resort.

During your stay at Soul Surfer, take advantage of the owner's personal bikes for exploring the neighborhood. Additionally, a complimentary Seacrest Beach Neighborhood Shuttle is available from March to October, providing convenient transportation.
