This 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home is situated in a private cluster of homes on the eastern edge of Seagrove Beach, located south of Route 30A. It is a paradise nestled at the end of an Old Florida style gravel road, offering a serene and tranquil environment. For added convenience, one of the area's easiest-access beaches is in close proximity.

The property features two master suites, making it an ideal choice for families. The refreshing pool is just steps away from the home, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, the beach can be reached within an 8-10 minute walk, and to enhance the experience, three bikes are included for convenient transportation to the beach and exploring the surrounding area.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the inviting decks and patio. While the garage and a few closets remain locked for the owners' personal belongings, ample storage space is available in each bedroom's guest closets. Moreover, the hosts provide bikes for guests' use, including a couple of year-old cruisers and an older 21-speed bike that have been recently serviced. To ensure security, guests are advised to lock the bikes using the provided locking cables, with the combination set as 5353. In case additional or different bikes are required, the rental agency or nearby bike stores on 30A can assist. Notably, the 30A Bike Store, located within a mile at the end of Lakewood Rd, offers rentals, services, and accessories. It is worth mentioning that the golf cart mentioned in previous guest reviews is no longer available. However, guests interested in renting a golf cart can inquire with the rental agency, Paradise Properties.

The back/side porch of the home provides two camping-style chairs and a Tommy Bahama beach chair for guest use, ensuring comfort and convenience during outdoor relaxation. Additionally, a beach cart is available on the back patio, facilitating easy transportation of beach gear on and off the sandy shores.
