The built-in bar with granite and a pellet ice maker, as well as the coffee and wine bar with a wine cooler, cater to your entertaining needs. A dining table for eight and a living room with a double stone fireplace, connecting seamlessly to the kitchen, offer wall-to-wall windows with mesmerizing views of the long mountain ranges. Additionally, there's a card table and an extra dining table for six.

The main floor also houses a lavish master bedroom with a king-sized bed and double doors that open onto a covered porch. The master bath features a spacious wrap-around shower and a soaking tub. Also located on the main floor is a queen bedroom. A full bath with tile walk-in shower accommodates this bedroom. Don't forget to explore the hidden children's playroom tucked away under the staircase.

Second Level:
Upstairs, you'll discover a bonus room with a large flatscreen smart TV, a queen pullout couch, and built-in twin bunk beds. Two private queen bedrooms and two full baths provide comfortable accommodation for your guests. An additional bunk room in the hallway adds extra flexibility.

Outdoors:
Step outside onto the large covered porch, complete with a built-in gas grill, a natural stone fireplace with a gas starter, and an outdoor 50-inch smart TV. A dining table that seats eight and a Green Egg grill make it the perfect spot for al fresco dining.

After a long day of hiking, playing golf or tennis, relax in the 6 person hot tub nestled in the outdoor patio. The views from the hot tub are breathtaking!

The property is part of a gated community and boasts a backyard that overlooks three stocked trout ponds with direct views of Sugar Mountain and Diamond Creek Golf Course.
