Unbelievable property - unforgettable experience!

The property blew us away and the staff were great! Short quiet walk down to the beach, but we ended up renting a 4 wheeler for the week which made getting around a breeze. ATV/UTV rental shops readily available in the commercial district. Delicious Food options were everywhere close by. Food and grocery prices were similar to US prices. Our favorite experiences of the week were horseback riding on Mal pais beach with Ollies, seeing the different monkeys on our walk to the beach and on the property itself, cliff jumping at Montezuma falls, and riding the beautiful curling waves on the beach. Would love to visit again one day with a bigger group, as we had room to spare!”

Gorgeous retreat!

This was my second time to Santa Teresa and how fortunate to get to spend it at Casa Maleku! The please is beautiful and comfortable, and Justin and Andrea made everything smooth. We jumped into waterfalls, off-roaded, ate great meals, went whale watching and fishing, and - of course - surfed. Great stay, lovely place! That said, Santa Teresa isn't for everyone - it's a bit out there and diy (which is why it's so great). But if you like surfing, don't mind chasing coatis out of the house from time to time, and enjoy the adventure of bumping down dirt roads, then you'll love the town and Casa Maleku is as lovely a haven as you could imagine.”

Paradise Found!

We had the best time in Santa Teresa,  Casa Maleku is beautiful modern living at its best. Justin our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful, giving us many ideas for our adventure. Andrea, our concierge was also very helpful.  Santa Teresa is a rustic sea village with great surfing, beaches and outdoor activities.  We went fishing and caught several that we cooked up back at the villa for dinner. Casa Maleku is a very special place.”
