Ideally situated in the heart of San Diego, this Bay Park ocean view and Mission Bay view home is both magnificent and unique.

The home has three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths spread over three levels. (There is no elevator.) It was designed and built by renowned modern architect Bruce Dammann.

The main floor is wide open, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and includes a dining room that can seat up to eight people, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious living room that flows into the backyard. There is a powder room and laundry area in the garage.

The large backyard has a spacious deck with outdoor dining and a six-person spa.

The entertainment level on the second floor has a front balcony, a 50” TV and ample custom sofa seating.

All three bedrooms are on the third floor. The enormous master suite includes a love seat and daybed seating area, along with a Queen bed and fireplace. Nearly forty feet of floor-to-ceiling windows provide exceptional views of Coronado Island, Point Loma, and ocean from Ocean Beach to La Jolla. The view of Mission Bay is breathtaking, especially watching the nightly fireworks from Sea World.

The second and third bedrooms are joined through a single pass-through doorway, which combines the two rooms and a full bath. The two rooms do have doors that can divide them but multiple parties sharing these two rooms should be familiar. Room two has a Double bed and a futon. The third room has a Queen.
