Oceanside beach house
The view and outside deck would get a 5 rating although outside lights didn’t work and were rusted out. The house itself is not Third Home caliber. The house is up for sale and is basically a tear-down. If you want to be at the beach and don’t care about your accommodations it would work. Bathrooms were old & tiny.”
