May 2026Pleasant Stay, But Showing Its Age
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and amenities. The property was accurately described as a renovated condo, and the photos reflected the space well. However, compared to other ThirdHome properties we have stayed in, this home did not feel particularly luxurious. The furnishings and finishes showed more wear than we expected, the sheets were noticeably pilled, and the HVAC system was quite loud and made frequent noises throughout our stay. While none of these issues prevented us from enjoying the trip, they did impact the overall comfort and luxury experience we typically associate with ThirdHome. That said, communication was good and the property served as a convenient home base for our Palm Springs visit. Future guests should simply understand that this is a renovated condo rather than a luxury residence.”

October 2025Wonderful stay in Palm Dessert - family of 4
This home provided everything we wanted during our week stay in Palm Dessert. It is wonderfully located so that you can visit Joshua Tree as well as the Indian hiking around the area. It is located on Old Paseo which allows you to take in shopping and great restaurants. The condo is incredibly well stocked and the appliances are like new! Robbi was incredibly helpful.”
