A step above!

Our family of 9(6 adults, 3 kids) had an incredible week at Villa Aitana in Casa de Campo. The home is luxurious, Caribbean living at its finest. Our host Bob, sets an example for how to be a perfect host on Thirdhome which was especially needed for this Papa traveling internationally with 8 family members. We hired an additional golf cart for the week so we could experience Minitas Beach, the marina and Altos Chavon. Restaurants were outstanding. The beach is perfect. So many good things to say. Gracias a Miguel, Rachel, y Luz as we were treated like royalty during our stay. ”

Amazing place for resting

Our recent stay at the villa was truly exceptional, offering a memorable experience for our group of friends. The villa boasts an array of amenities that cater to all your needs for a splendid vacation. Its elegant decor and furniture are aesthetically pleasing, making our time here both comfortable and visually delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable retreat. However, we would like to suggest a few improvements to make future stays even more comfortable: The shower in the master suite requires attention. Currently, it fluctuates between extremes of hot and cold water, which can make showering somewhat challenging. On several mornings, we encountered a lack of water in the shower, which was a minor inconvenience. The air conditioning system seems to have a mind of its own, often changing the set temperature unexpectedly. For example, setting it to 24 degrees Celsius would sometimes result in waking up to a chilly 17 degrees. This required us to adjust the temperature multiple times during the night. Speaking of the staff, Miguel, our butler, was an exceptional highlight of our stay. His presence was truly unforgettable, providing outstanding assistance with everything we needed. His constant smile and willingness to help significantly enhanced our experience. We cannot imagine our stay without his invaluable contributions. On the other hand, our experience with the cook was disappointing. She often seemed disengaged from her duties, frequently on Instagram, sitting idly, and displaying poor manners. We were particularly disheartened to overhear her instruct Miguel not to serve us, as we were soon to depart. This attitude and lack of professionalism did not meet our expectations, especially in contrast to the exemplary service provided by Miguel. Therefore, we feel that the distribution of tips should reflect the varying levels of service we received. Despite these minor setbacks, our stay was immensely enjoyable, and we look forward to possibly visiting again." ”

Even more than we expected!

Our stay at Villa Aitana has been perfect, the location is great, the house is very comfortable and Chabela and Miguel made our stay absolutely wonderful. Bob has been very helpful before and during our stay, he' the perfect host. Thanks Bob!!”

Perfect Golf Trip Casa de Campo

Casa de Campo is a great place, specially for golf and the villa es perfect. We were 4 couples playing golf, but we enjoyed much more besides the great courses (Theet of the Dog being #1), there is the beach, good restaurants and more. It is important to point out that the staff at Punta Aguila 43 is the best, we received a 5 star service from them and the host is an example of what every 3rd Home owner should be to their guests.”

A week of joy with family

My husband and I took his grown children on our first adults only trip as the last grandchildren have graduated high school and started their own ventures in life! We could not have picked a better location or service. From start to finish, the process was easy and non-stressful every step. The selection process and confirmation through Third Home was easy and without issue. The owner Bob was unbelievably helpful and available for any and all questions - Thank You Bob for your guidance and support!!! The resort is beautiful and we all felt safe both with regards to our personal safety and for our health during the continued global pandemic! The villa was beautiful and covered every need we could have envisioned. We were 3 couples and the villa provided not only the rest we needed but gave us the space to have both time to ourselves and together. Each person left wishing we had one more week at least!! The staff.... we cannot say enough about the staff!!! They were beyond amazing - Chabela is an incredible cook with the spirit of a saint, Michael took such great care of us from our welcome passion fruit margaritas (sooo good it took us days to be willing to switch over to pina coladas :-)) to making sure every meal served and every need during our stay was handled almost before we asked, with a smile that would light up a room, Miguel as well was ready to take care of whatever we needed and his meticulous care of the beautiful grounds and pool area shown brightly every day!! Willber, the concierge, was a delight and assisted us with exceptional service from planning outings to hooking us up with an amazing baker of delicious desserts, all with a smile and sense of humor that let us just relax and enjoy our family time free of worries. THANK YOU ALL!!!! We would return next month if we could!!!”

Wonderful Home in Casa de Campo Resort!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Aitana and created special life-long family memories on our trip. This home is beautiful and very comfortable and we cannot wait to return. Bob, the owner, is incredibly helpful and took great care of us to make sure out trip would be perfect. Bob also has a wonderful group of staff at the home, Andres is the butler and he was so helpful and friendly. Chibella is the cook and housekeeper and was simply fantastic - we enjoyed all of her meals. Villa Aitana is located in the famous Casa de Campo Resort which does not disappoint. It's simply fabulous. The beach is great, the golf courses are spectacular. I can't say enough good things about Bob, Villa Aitana and our vacation. We are all ready to go back! ”

Huge Villa; Efficient Staff

This huge villa is perfect for entertaining and as an intimate vacation in Casa de Campo. The three staff members were extremely efficient, delightful and helpful. We spent most of our days in the pool and touring both Casa de Campo and the surrounding area, including Punta Cana, La Romana, and Bayahibe. Bob was very helpful in the pre-arrival process and I look forward to another visit soon.”
